By far the best costumer service and pricing I’ve been able to find in Tucson.

Extremely poor service. Asked them to ship a hard plastic case piano they used very little packing material and the piano was destroyed. I asked for insurance. They lied to me multiple times saying they submitted a claim but never got back to me. They either stole the claim money or cant follow through on the basics. $2500+ mistake for trying to support local...

I have consistently great service when I mail with Pak Mail--and I dont have to wait in line! There are always such cool things in their store that are either being crated to ship or otherwise on display, I get a great visual experience too! I count on Pak Mail for all my shipping -- including a few sensitive items that needed special timing and tracking.

I moved to Tucson a little over two years ago and have sent more packages in two years than I have in my entire life. All of my family is located out of state and although grown, I send care packages to my kids now that I have moved away, not to mention holiday shipping and other needs. They are always helpful, efficient and find the best pricing for what I am sending. I highly recommend Pak Mail on Broadway to assist with things big and small.

I brought in a vintage framed piece of art (no glass) and asked them to ship it. I had to call back daily to make sure they actually shipped it and get a tracking number. Initially they couldn’t give me an estimate of the price. I didn’t expect it to be cheap but I was charged over $50. At that point it was too late to make other arrangements with my buyer because it had taken over two days to actually package it and ship. I won’t be back.

I stopped in to drop off a prepaid FedEx package. Service was quick, courteous, and prompt. The nice lady gave a transaction receipt and I was on my way: no muss, no fuss! Thanks!

I had a very large collection of paintings and sculptures as well as boxes of household goods that needed to be shipped across the country, and some to other addresses. Their customer service and quality of their work was way beyond even my highest expectations. Everything was packed and crated very securely and arrived safely. They were very easy to work with, and the price was quite reasonable.

I would highly recommend this PakMail location as the one to go to for shipping your large items. Anna was very helpful and honest. They packed a large trunk for me that was shipped to the East coast. It arrived without a scratch. They shipped it Fed-X and it arrived in the 5 days promised by Fed-X. The packing job was superb. Hats off to the staff.

I’m in town for the gem show. I’m staying near Pak Mail Oracle. I was told shipping my gems would be better prices here. Dodie was so helpful. She helped me bubble wrap and pack my geodes. The prices were 15-20% less than what I would have paid at the gem show. Great service great price, thanks Dodie!!

This place was awesome! My wife and were visiting my folks in Green Valley (were from Michigan). We found this great secretary that matches our Master bedroom outfit. We had to have it. A big problem was figuring out how to get it back to Michigan without breaking it or the bank. Others quoted us $800-$1,200. Pak Mail was $350. We were concerned that going cheap would result in a poor experience. So happy that was not the case! These guys & gals are awesome! Thank you Pak Mail. :o)

Pak Mail can ship anything to anywhere. From a motorcycle to the family china. They will ship it, and they will do so with great care. Highly recommend.

These guys blew me away with their customer service. They wont look at you weird if you have super heavy or odd shaped stuff to ship. They were patient and knowledgeable and diligent to find the most cost effective way to ship my items.

Was happy to find they will pick up a package from shopgoodwill.com I found a poster I have been looking for for years at a fraction of its value. It was cheaper to hire Pakmail to ship it to me in the glass frame instead of rolling the poster up for shipping (as Goodwill offered to do) and replacing the frame.Scheduling was a problem as Goodwill kept telling me no matter who picked up, it had to be scheduled. Pakmail said no, they didnt have to schedule so the whole ordeal took a month.My glass frame arrived broken and the glass destroyed the poster also (glass was not double boxed).I contacted Pakmail and they requested pictures that I sent right away and they also needed to know my cost for the poster, I provided my goodwill handle so they could confirm this. It would be covered but, not at its true value, just what I paid for it. When hiring Pakmail they never asked me to place a value on the poster, they decided on coverage.Its been over 3 weeks and they keep telling me a refund is in the mail. Last time I contacted them they said a check was mailed Monday and I should receive it by this following Monday.Why would it take a week for a mailed check to reach me in the same state? Still hasnt. Its been 2 months since I hired them, still no refund.Stay away, I am. Wish I could give them a lower score. Now I am back to hunting for my poster once again...such a shame this one was destroyed by their packing. They told me I had nothing to worry about. It makes me very sad to see art ruined.

I couldnt possibly be more disappointed than i was with these guys. i have not been as disappointed as I am with this business in a very long time. was sellers preferred shipper for items i purchased ( a printer and some other items). when he started discussing shipping costs, it was over $300 higher than I expected to hear. after great questioning, he insisted this shipping was absolutely necessary and could not possibly be cheaper. I just opened the boxes to find out why. I was floored. there were 2 boxes, a printer shipped properly, and the other box...i dont even understand. $150 of the extra shipping in it was to protect a $5 item which was obviously damaged beyond use. something the hulk couldnt have broken if he ate an extra bowl of wheaties in the morning and worth $5 and they cost me an extra $150 to ship the single thing with it that wasnt worth the scrap metal its made of. i had planned on not leaving a review based on my experience before the boxes got here because i need to have a relationship with a shipper local to Tuscon, but this needs to be shared. If you ship here, ask questions. ask for pictures of what is being shipped and how. if it seems unreasonable, youre probably about to have an experience like mine.

Pak Mail always knows exactly what I need! This last time it was a prepaid FedEx envelope for a passport/visa. I was very unclear as to what was required so I was very grateful for their experience. The employees are always courteous and helpful!

Highly recommend, I have shipped art work, canes, you name it and they are always packed perfectly and without damage. My go to for any shipping needs.

I had a great experience with this Pak Mail location. Friendly and knowledgable staff but most importantly my fragile items were delivered safely and right on time.

These guys are a cheat. Had a packaged delivered to Sydney and requested they build a custom box to fit the item. When I received the item I was surprised the crate was *half* empty. They doubled the cubic area of the package so I paid more than twice the cost for shipping.International shipping for a bulky item is not cheap, these guys are just out to make a quick buck. They have been unresponsive to e-mail.Do not use Pak Mail, and do not trust the owner Chris. Take your items for shipping elsewhere, be warned!

Worst insane incompetent experience I have had with a business in a very long time. Staff are unhelpful, slow and unsure how to mail packages. Would NEVER trust this company with your shipping needs. Took 3 people to be incompetent with a clerk out front who didnt even know how to enter a shipment. Two men were walking around on their cell phones and eventually tried to help...but they proved useless too. Seriously worst business to use. UPS and Fedex should evaluate and pull their authorization from this location.
