DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER OR UPS!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Merry (owner) has the worst customer service that I have come across in a long time. The overseas UPS operator who has nothing to gain offered me 10 times better service, Merry’s in store associate offered better service by far! As an owner of two businesses, if Merry worked in either business I would fire her.She understood I needed my package to my son in college by Thursday which didn’t happen. She then lied and said there is nothing she can do after the package was changed to customer pick up, the operator was able to change to delivery. Operator actually told me the UPS Sender can request this change.I even attempted to settle with having my son pick up the package and when I asked her what HUB in Memphis it was sent to she said “I don’t know, your son can Google it”I NEVER write reviews, check my history. So this should tell you how bad her service is. Extremely arrogant and zero empathy.Read her responses in her other 1 star reviews, she’s even rude on those. Do better!My response to owners response: You were definitely there when I shipped, the ticket has your name on it. Bottom line you didn’t do everything you could to satisfy your customer. I paid $35 to ship plus $10 for a $1.50 box from your store. I didn’t have a problem with that as long as you fulfilled your part of the deal. Which you didn’t. Take ownership of your lack of empathy and bad customer service. I have a feeling you’ll be responding to a lot of these reviews. How about you spend the time you take to responding to these reviews and fix the problem. Your arrogant attitude is shameful!
I love this location! Merry and crew are very nice and pleasant. Ive used this location quite a bit for Amazon returns, and Im so glad Amazon and UPS started the QR code drop-off program. It takes me less than 60s to do such a return like this. Ive also used a bit of other services here before. Its conveniently located in downtown as well for quick access. Highly recommend this location for shipping services !
This place has bad customer service and I will no longer go here even though its the closet UPS Store to my house and use UPS all the time. I have been a few times and its always the same. First, the people that work there are cold and unfriendly. Second, they are slow and dont seem to know what they are doing. Third, if you dont have your box totally sealed up and they have to use a couple of feet of their precious packing tape, you get scolded and told that next time you better have it ready or you will get charged extra. Seriously? I dropped off a large box (not totally taped up) for a return worth about $700 and they did not give me a receipt or tracking label (my fault, I guess). I had to follow up twice just to make sure that the box made it and I wasnt out $700 bucks. Oh, and when I followed up, they seemed irritated that I called. Compare that to the UPS Store at Broadway and Campbell. They are always super friendly and patient and actually seem to appreciate my business. I never tape my boxes b/c you never know if you will need to remove an item or drop in a packing slip or whatever. They are happy to tape my boxes. I know its a huge sacrifice to spare me 3 cents worth of tape and 5 extra seconds, but it keeps me coming back. Even if there is a line, I get out of there faster than the UPS Store on 6th. Do yourself a favor and skip the store on 6th and go to the one at Campbell and Broadway.P.S. I just read other bad reviews and I hope a get a response from the owner complaining about customers complaining about their bad customer service. Thats fun. I have never been asked to leave any store ever and have treated their staff with kindness in the hopes that it improves their sour attitude. The f-you attitude comes through loud and clear in the owner responses. Wow. Kinda proves my point. Thanks for donating b/c I wrote you a bad review. Put that energy into your actual customers and maybe youll have better reviews.
The agent answering the phone was very rude. Had to call twice to confirm what I had already been told by two other people, that my package had been sent to them, which she denied, saying they only received package for people who had boxs with them, sad especially at this time with everything else going on, you would think business would be important to them.
I’m so lucky to have this UPS store we might go to store. My office is around the corner, and I generally use this location for easy Amazon returns. The proprietor of this location is very kind and knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand whenever I need to get my stuff together. For instance, I recently had to return a cooler to the manufacturer and I needed some help packaging the return. She basically took over for me and handled my packaging and return from start to finish. I couldn’t be more grateful to her, she is the best. In the age of internet deliveries and returns, it’s people like this who make it possible.
When we relocated from Portland to Tucson, we needed a place to get our mail forward to since we were going to be staying in a Airbnb while we found a place to rent. I called this location from Portland I was able to get everything done over the phone and when we came in to town, they were amazing with us!. They are kind to our dog, Sky, although sometimes she can be unruly :-). This location is clean, centrally located and the staff is amazing.
Terrible over-board with the sanitation. I tried to print no mention of email or text the document for print. You can cover keyboards and mice with plastic with plenty of hand-sanitizer. I was wearing a MASK complained and she refused to do business who cares if a woman. I offered suggestions that could have led to mutually beneficial outcome she should be grateful for any business what with the mayor and her socialist party allies shutting down Tucson businesses. Owner does not seem to mind the homeless people with NO masks right outside this UPS business. Again like others said here the owner refused to post on her door or online to alert others more of her poor communication.

Merry and her staff are awesome neighbors to the school where I work, Imago Dei Middle School, which is a few doors down. Shes figured out the complicated paperwork to send packages to my son in Germany for me, helped me find the best box for the job, and been helpful and knowledgeable all round. Everything you need to package and mail, shes got, plus a nice selection of fancy pop-up cards. And now theres a donut shop next door. How cool is our block?!
Worst experience ever. The owner met me at the counter with a what do you want attitude. She either didnt know or just wouldnt answer any questions I asked her about the fingerprinting process and the second I showed any frustration because of her sarcastic attitude she pretended to be scared, started making big eyes and repeating why are you being aggressive towards me over and over again. When I assured her I was just trying to get her help, she wouldnt even listen, she just handed my ID back and said were done here Im not doing your fingerprints. Thanks Merry.Response to your response:Ill be the first to admit things could have been handled better from my side but I bet you wont. I never call you a child molester but that just shows that you werent listening or youre just straight out lying, nothing more disgusting than a dishonest, fake person.

Package shipped via UPS was supposed to be dropped off for local pickup was REFUSED according to UPS tracking. Package was then sent back! OMG! How can they REFUSE to accept a UPS package? Whats going on?!EDIT: Well apparently, this store is NOT a UPS Access point to drop off packages for FREE pickup. The owner wants money to offer what UPS offers for FREE at any other UPS Access Point. Do NOT use this store as a UPS Access point even though you can select them from UPS own website. I will contact UPS to make sure others dont mistakenly select this store as a UPS Access point.

First time at this place, I think that the lady that helped me was complaining that she had to stop whatever she was doing to help me.Advice-In customer service if you have a problem with another employees keep it to a private talk. I didn’t care to hear your complaints.

Not only was Merry the sweetest, she helped me through the notary process, which I had never done before, she was also just a genuinely nice and awesome person. I have been coming to this location since it opened in April 2017! Merry has been super helpful with a variety of issues I have experienced while running a small business myself. It has been awesome to have another option to go to besides the post office with someone who is always friendly. Instead of purchasing through the etsy platform option I choose to purchase my shipping labels through Merry because not only does the cost end up being around the same, I also love to support other women owned small businesses here in Tucson. If you are looking for a regular local spot to frequent for all your posting needs the Ups Store Downtown is the best!

This place provided me with a notarized copy of my daughters passport for only $5. The most inexpensive place in town! And unlike all the other UPS offices I called who charged $10 and also insisted I bring in my 15 year old daughter, they accepted my drivers licence, my daughters original passport (she didnt have to come in) and the photocopy and did it on the spot without further fuss. This place is AWESOME. I have used them to mail packages and they were not only incredibly helpful but advised me how to save money at a loss to themselves. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and professionalism. So conveniently located also!

My first time getting documents notarize and the lady would not even tell us where to sign. She said she doesnt know because she didnt look at the document we had infront of her to notarize. I asked her a few times where do I sign and she was just very rude. I felt like we(my husband and I) were a big inconvenience to her. I have never received such bad customer service before. If it werent for the time being close to closing and us already waiting almost 30 minutes I would have went somewhere else.
Easily the best UPS location to get something notarized because they charge less, stay open until 7 PM instead of 6, know what they are doing, and provide very pleasant service.

The best UPS Store Ive been to! Awesome service and very fast. Good with printing, laminating, passport photos and many other things. Whatever you need they either have it or figure it out with you. Not to mention they have some of the best hours in town. Definitely recommend this store.
