I called Jonathan Malecki, owner of this company and explained my problem with my lap top. Jonathan made an appointment with me and arrived on time.He ran some diagnostics on the lap top and told me the issues were with the hard drive. He explained that he needed to take it to his office to take care of them and most likely, I would need a new hard drive.This was on a Friday and he promised to return the laptop on the following Mon.On Sat morning, I received a call from him telling me that he had taken care of the issues and installed a new hard drive. He asked if it would be convenient to return it that afternoon.Well, of course I agreed and what I got back was like a brand new laptop! Apparently the hard drive had been failing for a time period.His cost - very affordable!I would absolutely recommend Jonathan to anyone experiencing any issue with a computer or with a printer.He is honest, reliable and a man of his word!
