I am a sole proprietor so when I get in IT trouble I call Nextrio. I have alway had prompt and professional response from their scheduling folks. This time, I had to have someone cometo my home office, during the peaking of Covid in Arizona. It’s was that or continue to put up with a frustrating network / router / printer issues that has intermittently plagued me for months. Once again, Nextrio delivers efficiency and professionalism while taking great care during Covid. Daniel had a face mask on (as did we) and gloves. He thoroughly cleaned everything he touched before leaving. He explained, in terms I could understand, what the issues was and efficiently fixed it for us. I can’t thank Nextrio team and especially Daniel enough for getting me back up and running.
Great company! Had to have them assist my agency in tracking down access to a clients hosting account, to which the client had forgotten all information and hadnt even contacted NexTrio in years.Several people at NexTrio were involved in the process, but the main two were Jessica and Dustin - both of whom were nothing but kind and helpful.When nobody else (even GoDaddy) was able to assist at all - not even in tracking down the right people to contact - after moving down the line slowly and reaching NexTrio, things suddenly started to be resolved - and with ease too.We received multiple timely call-backs from the folks there and by days end we were able to execute our own responsibilities in regards to our client; all thanks to NexTrio.As an advertising and web agency, Tucci Creative knows the value of a good review, and so we hope that reading this will lead others to be confident in their decision to do business with NexTrio!
