Went in because my TV says I should connect my wifi to Ethernet. Having no idea what to get, I went to the aisle where I was directed. I had a few questions, so asked the cashier for help and she called someone. He/she still hadn’t showed up after 5 minutes so I went next door to Target and got what I needed after being greeted, helped by one associate to the department, and then had all my questions answered. Bought it there instead because Office Depot didn’t have enough employees!

This store i have visited for many years. Over the years it has gone through many changes and seems to always be in clear and presentable condition. I have always been able to get the help i need and the staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable! The store always has a calming feeling for me being able to find what i need and not be hassled but the staff but always knowing helping is there is i need it. I appreciate the staff for showing me considerations when i visit. I would probably give it a 4.5 stars and i rarely give a 5. So great job to the management and employees who always seem to have things neat and tidy while keeping a calm and professional experience.

While the store is big and usually well stocked, this is the worst office depot in the area. I would suggest going anywhere else. On multiple occasions I have had trouble getting anyone to help. On a particularly challenging time i had to ask 3 different people to help me, with the second one telling me they may not be able to help me after all (an office depot not able to send a fax).I would take the extra time it takes to go to ANY other location just to avoid having to come to this store again.

Had to get new paper shredder and found a good one here. Was not impressed with computer monitors in stock

Not sure why the website gives you and options for items to be “held at print area” for security reasons, but that was not the case. I walk in to the waiting line and they tell me “all prints are on the rack when they are paid for”. Makes no sense how anything I print can pretty much be taken by anyone. Very disappointed, if it was not an option it should not be on the webpage.

I’m super disappointed, I’ve had my Christmas cards done here for three years now and this year when I called with some questions, nobody seemed to know anything about printing cards. I was told I could not submit an order through email (which I’ve done before) and that they would not accept a coupon that says valid online and in store. When I asked for clarification, I was told they don’t have the capability to print greeting cards in the store (???) it turned into a huge headache with a lot of my questions brushed off or completely ignored, indicating that the staff didn’t really know their own policies. I’m bummed because I’ve had good experiences here before but have had multiple bad ones this year, so I will probably take my business elsewhere from now on.

Alana and her team recently put together a portfolio for me, and did an excellent job with it. When I arrived at my client (out of state), I learned that I did not have enough made. I made the call to Alana to see if she could help out by sending the job to the Office Depot in the town I was in to duplicate the job - she was amazing. She quickly did the research and set up the work. I knew it was an unusual request, she was incredibly helpful. Alana is a great service professional - really glad to have her help!

Not sure why its so hard to print out two pages of paperwork when youre a paying customer...

Thank you. Office depot faxed my unemployment papers for free today’s and it made my day. Thank you for doing something you did not have to. This meant everything to me today. This pandemic has hit my family and I extra hard and this simple gesture honestly made my day. Please if any Managers see this give your employee raises they were extremely understand and considerate.

My mom works here and she says it’s chill. And also every time I’ve been there the staff was nice and I always found what I needed.

Dont go here if you expect enforcement of the covid 19 rules!!! Maskless man blocking the only lane into the checkout. Noses hanging out everywhere. We were asked if we wanted a membership card and I said no because we are never going there again!!!

This is the nicest Office Depot in town. Everything is laid out so easy to find. Staff is very helpful, you never need to wander around looking, they will find things with you if you have questions. Terrific people work there. They have a professional, clean, organized, friendly store.

Awesome customer service. Chase in the printing and copying Center was fantastic. Give him a raise or a very nice Christmas bonus. Definitely will come back again due to his help and friendliness.

The store is always clean. Im only getting it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the layout of it doesnt make much sense and the cashiers are not very helpful. The Isles are wide, the shelves are neat, and the shelves are low enough that you can see what section is on the other side of the store.

This is a pretty clean and organized location. The issues I have are the following....When I ask an employee for help locating something, Id appreciate it if they took the time to show me where said item is, instead of just telling me an isle. That extra step, in my opinion, shows real customer service.Secondly, they have clearance section scattered throughout the entire store. It would be amazing if it all was in just one spot!

Office Depots store of the future is amazing. Super friendly staff willing to help out any way possible. Hassle-free returns. Very nice and clean setup they have. Definitely prefer this store over the other Office Maxs. Samsung pay also works flawlessly even on the Gear S2.

Printing dept is always eager to help. They are patient and offer good suggestions with your printing needs.

Always clean. Staff is usually helpful. Some good clearances. Most items in stock.

On tech side: Layout a little scattered and stock on hand follows trending market flow so not much and not always much brand diversity. Staff will approach to help, friendly and tries. Clearance rack had several good deals. Didnt need paper or pens last visit.

Mostly knowledgeable staff! Great support with carryout service. Office max delivers most of the products you will need for an office right there in store

I went in to buy some post it notes for my kindergarten class and this hunk by the name of Ben helped me chose the best kind. He was very insightful and he made sure my experience was the best it could be.

Stood in line for 15 minutes to pick up a customer order and all employees seemed like they had more important things to do. Phones were ringing off non stop, understaffed and just had a bad experience. Will not be coming back

Fantastic customer service from Alana! I sent in a printing project that had to be done that day. She went out of her way to help me make it look right! The printer was having an error and colors turned out with a blue streak, so she called the other store in Oro Valley and had them print my project there for no extra cost! Thank you Alana!

They were stocked with the items I wanted

They just remodeled and ever since it has just gone down hill. Their selections are smaller and when I asked if they could order an item carried by other stores in town they said no. Highly disappointed since the remodel. Will spend my money at another store 10 minutes away.

Wanted to buy a laptop asked for help waited ..................no help came left empty handed, went next door to Target they had the same one I was looking at cheaper and was helped on the spot, left with a laptop.

We needed report cover sheets and found them cheeper than Wal-Mart. Way to go Office Depot.
