Very pleased with the quality of their work. Did a great job on my pants. I definitely recommend them.

Very nice people, did exactly what I needes and at a very reasonable price

The man who assists me is always helpful and polite. The lady there is both polite and friendly. In addition to dry cleaning, Ive taken over 12 pants there for alterations (hemmed) and they have always done a great job.

I had a pair of scrub pants hemmed. Dropped off Wednesday to be picked up Friday. I called Friday afternoon to make sure they were in before driving from Vail to get them. The lady told me they were ready to be picked up. A 15 minute drive later, she tells me that “your daughter or someone” had already picked them up. I assured her that no one had picked them up. We went back and forth for several minutes until I got angry and insisted she look for them. She turned on the carousel and there they were. Her response? Well, you had already paid so it’s no big deal, and we found them. I’ll never go back there.

They do a good job but one of their employees were fairly rude to me so I give them my four star review at least they got their job right

Ive used them probably 75-100 times over the last 2 years and I have not had a negative experience even once. Service is always excellent.

I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. Extremely rude...he acted like I was putting him out by as offering him my business. He said I would have to call someplace else if I wanted my husbands suit cleaned by Saturday. I called schaffer cleaners on Harrison and 22nd and the can have it done by tomorrow. I dont know how this place stays in business.

DONT USE THIS CLEANER. EVER.I took two pair of pants to be drycleaned. They lost the pants. Then they said they would re-imburse me for the pants. I told them what they cost and they said it was too expensive? What? Dont ask, if you arent going to pay. They dont return calls and have been very rude. They should not be in business. Poor customer service and they LOST the pants.

Pressed 4 blouses with deep creases on the front...when I showed to them they wouldnt do anything about it. Why is this place still in business??? Every time I use them I am soooo disappointed! !!

I brought them a jacket and a patch to sew onto the jacket on Tuesday morning, didnt get it back until 6pm Friday. Cost me 14.50 and the job they did was so terrible I couldve done better with a rusty fish hook and some twine.

Raised the prices too high, and they dont listen to their customers. They put other peoples stuff on my father-in-laws card!
