This place was wonderful! I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family. They took me as a walk-in on a Saturday and things were still super quick, which was great. They only needed two weeks to do an alteration and a serious hem, which pleasantly surprised me. The results were perfect - the dress looks great and Id super excited to wear it now. Everyone was also very sweet during my interactions and the service was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again in the future.

My son needed his suit altered at the last minute and they were able to alter it within 24 hours. The customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for alterations and will be using them for future alterations.

Let me start by saying I bought my wedding dress a few sizes too big as part of a sample sale. I took my dress to get altered at a very high-end one-woman alteration place in Tucson, after paying an arm and leg for alterations I was still not happy with the outcome. The woman kept saying due to the style of the dress it could not be taken in anymore. It was still TOO BIG. I found Lees shop on Yelp, and boy am I happy that I did. As soon as I tried on the dress for her, she said it was too big and couldnt believe it had been altered before, she knew exactly what to do. She added things to the dress I didnt even know was possible. She did a beautiful job, really pays attention to all the details, and her prices are very affordable. Lee and Sew Perfectly is the ONLY shop in Tucson where you should get your wedding dress altered.

Easily one of the best tailors in the Nation. Definitely the best in Tucson. Their quality of work is only exceeded by their level of customer service. They will do whatever it takes to not only meet, but exceed your expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs high quality tailoring, service and reasonable pricing.

I can not give this place enough praise! I ordered a dress that, no surprise, didnt fit even after going by the companies size chart and emailing the company my measurements. Too tight and couldnt zip up. I called Sew Perfectly and spoke to Lee. I brought my dress in and she looked it over. She was able to see what was needed. She specializes in wedding gowns so I felt confident my dress was in great hands. I brought it in on a Thursday at 4pm and was given a week or sooner to pick up. My dress was ready in 4 days! And it fit! I could zip it, it was no longer tight across the chest and Ill be able to lace up the ribbon on the back. Very satisfied!

For $75, they replaced a heavy duty zipper in my husbands $550 jacket that I was afraid was a total loss. This was great for us as I was expecting to pay more than this to get the jacket working again. They patiently selected a couple of zippers and allowed me to choose the one I liked best. The work was quick too! In 2 work days, I was called to pick up. Im so glad that I googled and found this place.

Amazing quality done on a pair of Robins Jean. I asked to keep the original hem and it looks flawless. If you have any very expensive jeans that need Hemming... Take them here! Ive been to a few alteration shops in Tucson, and this shop has the best quality original hem. A++++ I will be back with more jeans!

I went to a few other places with a strange request before I went to Sew Perfectly. I wanted a long sleeve t-shirt made into a short sleeve and have the material from the sleeves used to make it into a hoodie. All the other places couldnt be bothered to try to do that, but Lee at Sew Perfectly did it without a second thought. When she called me to say it was finished(MUCH sooner than I expected!), I picked it up and it was AMAZING! I will never go anywhere else for tailoring or alterations. The tailoring here is exceptional. The tailors have a very high level expertise and have a quick turnaround. Staff is very kind and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

When my wedding dress came in, despite following the sizing chart at the salon the dress was 3-4 sizes too big everywhere. Lee was an absolute miracle worker, having to take this huge dress with detailed beaded lace sleeves and bodice down multiple sizes. My dress ended up fitting me perfectly, and she had so much attention to detail that she caught things over multiple fittings I may have never noticed. She even made me a beautiful bustle and I was expecting to pay almost twice what I ultimately owed. Excellent work, extremely reasonable pricing! I was nervous but Im so glad I went to Sew Perfectly with my wedding dress.

Sewing remastered!!

Lee helped me with my wedding dress. The bridal shop that I bought it from went out of business so I had no tailor. I found Lee! She had to make my dress smaller and she made it fit perfectly for my figure. Super reasonable pricing. I have taken various costume items here as well and shes always been able to help me.

Went and had two pairs of work pants repaired and reinforced and they went above and beyond fixing both pairs of my work pants. Theyre better than new. Ill be going to them for all my alterations and repairs from now on.

They are absolutely amazing! The altered my extremely oversized Levis Jean jacket flawlessly and were so prompt; I was pleasantly surprised. I will be taking more business to them in the future 😉

They have convenient hours and they do great work. The customer service is a little lacking -- they didnt notice I had come in for several minutes -- but I didnt mind given the quality of their work. They were very straightforward and professional and the dress came out perfectly.

I have a pair of Keen leather sandals that were tearing at the heel. They told me it would be about a week, they had it done in 2 days. And, they did a great job. The sewing is probably stronger than the original seam.

My hubby bought a vest in Switzerland approximately 14 years ago. He wears it year round. The lining frayed from the material, the material just wore near a pocket & split. I can’t even describe our surprise & delight as to the job Sew Perfectly did to this best! It looks brand new. Hubby is elated as couldn’t even find the company any longer. He’ll now have another 10 years minimum! So reasonable too! We’ll bring everything here!

I brought in a pair of jeans to get them tapered and Im really pleased with how they turned out. She was accommodating and fitted them to have a narrow, but comfortable leg opening. Very fair pricing too; Ive gone to more classic tailors that cost more but the work here is easily on par if not better than that of those tailors.

My daughter went in to have her wedding dress altered. She bought a fitted sample dress in size 10 with 6 layers from a boutique up in Phoenix: 2 layers of lining, 2 tulle, and 2 of delicate lace with eyelash edges. They carefully made the alterations on the dress modifying it to a size 2 with an invisible zipper, inches off the sides and the shoulders. They did it all in a short period of time and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

I recently took my wedding dress in to get hemmed and had a good overall experience. They did an amazing job hemming my dress and had it finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend taking all garments here to get tailored.

If I could leave fewer stars I would. My wife’s order was supposed to be done on Tuesday and it wasn’t. I came to pick it up on Thursday and it wasn’t done. They asked if I could wait 5 minutes, turned into 30 minutes. Don’t bother with these unprofessional people

They were great. I needed a new zipper on a motorcycle jacket and they did great work for a reasonable price, and finished it faster than I expected.

I love the seamstress shes talented and very professional. The only thing Id say for advice to make it a five star experience every time (because her sewing is top notch) is if you have an unusual job make sure you discuss every detail of how she plans to adjust what you need done. I bring ALL my sewing needs here and I HAVE A LOT!

Walked in to get my button fix on a pair of shorts and the service was fast and so reasonable! It was only $2 to fix my button.I was in and out in under 10minutes.

I came here to get a brides maid dress altered. The bride went cheap and ordered online. Big shock, the dress didnt fit. I came to this place because of good reviews and left in tears because the woman was so cruel to me about my body. I was already feeling awful about not fitting into the dress, and the woman at this shop made it 1,000,000 times worse! Needless to say, another shop did my alterations....at LESS THAN HALF the price I was quoted here.People with body issues: DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DOOR. SHE WILL DESTROY WHAT SELF ESTEEM YOU MANAGED TO SCRAPE TOGETHER.

Ive been to a few shops now and I would say that this shop is top 3 for affordability, the quality is unmatched, so says my wife anyway. Wife was prego when she brought in her dress. There was literally no materials left to make the dress bigger. Poof! wife came home with a perfect fit, gotta be some kind of magic. I take all my military uniforms to her. They take good care of military and vets. Apparently they also do discounts for teachers, fire fighters and law enforcement too.I really like this shop because the master tailor is GREAT! shes really friendly, maybe a bit soft spoken. She takes her time to let you know what kind of work you need to have done to make sure that you look your best in your suit. I dont know if its just me, but every time I talk to a tailor they always seem so impatient.Wife was prego

She stared off nice and gave my daughter a quote then a couple of minutes later she raised the price by 20 dollars more. I just felt she was dishonest when we asked why she raised the price she became rude with us and said she wouldnt do the alteration.

Dont do it! I dont take my clothes to tailor often but I thought I could trust the advise of the tailor. She f*d up my shirt! And then charged me about what the shirt cost… Not sure how thats even possible! When I tried to tell her what was wrong she just made excuses as to how it was right despite what I was trying to tell her. Never again
