I had never met her before filing 2020 taxes, and she immediately expressed condolences for the passing of my father (which is why I was seeking extra help on the taxes). Compassion first. Business second.She took care of all the questions and materials I brought and easily helped me file the taxes. She took stress off my shoulders.My advice to H&R Block is to keep Yvonne happy because she is your ideal employee who will win over new clients.

Although I was in and out very quickly. The person who did my taxes was clueless. He was unaware of several things and had to ask for clarification after I had to explain things to him. I should learn to do the taxes myself.

I REALLY like working with Mr Zamor who does my taxes, he is very nice,patient, and knowledgeable. However H&R charges wayyy too much money. If their prices were better, I would return yearly for their tax preparation.
