Its a generally great laundromat. The machines have card readers (huge plus), the wash and dry cycles are decently timed, its not super crowded (at least most of the times Ive gone it hasnt been), and the wash/dry rates are fair. The parking lot is not awesome because its really small and can be tricky to get out of if there are several cars, but other than that its a great little place. I go there for bigger loads that my smaller washer at home cant handle.

It is a Nice Place. If I am going I Prefer to go on A Weekday. Just Get in and Get Out that is my motto!!!!!! Really Nice Place.

This is our first time trying drop-off laundry service, and I’m extremely disappointed with the pickup process and communication. I never received a text confirming our order, and whoever I spoke with over email tried to blame it on my cell phone carrier. After calling all day the next day with no answer, I finally get an email saying our order was ready. I respond to the email with my pickup date and head on over to the store, even though I still haven’t received a text with the locker number and code to get our laundry. I assume I can just talk to the staff, but of course no one made us aware that the staff leaves at 4pm. Once I arrive I get a text asking me to provide my pickup date (which I already did by email) and no one ever texted me back with the locker number and code. This definitely isn’t the quick turnaround they advertise, and now we have to wait an extra day to pickup our clothes.*P.S. I also received a call from one of the workers while waiting at the shop who told me this “might not be the business for me” after he received my email inquiring about our order, where I said the whole process was getting ridiculous. He informed me (too late at this point) that the staff leaves early on Sundays, which is something that should have been communicated at drop off! This definitely isn’t the place for us, and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere :) *

I love this place! I clean my barbershop linens here. Modern laundry machines, great dryers! Clean environment, with work space while you wait. WiFi and snacks! Thank you to the owner and staff, keep up the great service!

Nice place. The people working there were pleasant. I liked that I dont need quarters. I can use my debit card to pay into the machines. It was crowded on a Tuesday morning, but had mostly cleared out by lunch. Also, I really liked the Motown music!

The parking lot is small. Definitely not a great location for the coming and going. Also Lawrenceville Hwy. its busy and it is a bit of a challenge trying to leave out. Moreover, I never see anyone wiping down or sweeping the floor. I expect a laundromat to be spotless. I dont want to see someone dry up detergent on top of the machine. Think about it people are washing clothes. Finally, until I see changes I wont be back. Theres so many other places to go.

I travel all the way from downtown Atlanta to come to this facility. I know you might be like thats crazy but let me explain why. This facility and the owner is the reason I come. This morning as Im doing clothes, the owner is cleaning and have a good spirit regardless of being here during a pandemic. To know that she cares is the best thing for me. I will continue to bring my money here any day of the week and year. The owner is sweet and always polite. Thank you for caring do much and having a comfortable, safe place to come and do laundry.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Let me start by saying that laundry is my LEAST favorite household chore - Id rather clean pretty much anything else rather than do laundry. I have, from time to time, used a laundry service to help me keep up with the household laundry in and around my busy day job and side hustle ~ last year, the service I used pulled out of the Atlanta market and I found Pura Vida Dry Cleaning and Laundry Service through a Google search. With GREAT reviews, I figured Id give them a try. Ive used the service for a couple months now and not only am I happy with the way my clothes are returned - clean, folded, and even sorted by item type, but they also smell SO good! The pick up and delivery service is consistent, professional and every bit as good as the laundry service itself. This place use to be great however recently the employees stopped wearing mask. They dont enforce mask wearing, its a small space and its no way to verify if someone has been vaccinated. Recently I was there and two different people were in there coughing and wheezing and touching the machines. It seems I will be forced to identify a new facility.

Pura Vida is a gem that opens at 7am and closed at 11pm. They have a laundry washing service and dry clean pick up and delivery. They have a couple washers and dryers that go up to 8 load capacity. This is so important especially when I need to wash blankets and comforters. The facility is super clean and has ample lighting, space and machines. The outside sign for the location is visable from the street driving by. You can use a credit card or get your cash exchanged for coins to pay for use of the washing and drying machines. The bathroom is clean and is fairly large with wheelchair access. There are seating areas for children to sit and tables seating near another TV. They even had coffee prepared. The attendant was helpful and answered questions I had about the service and was keeping the space clean all throughout the time I was there. Overall it was a great experience for a laundry cleaning visit.

I like this laundromat because its nice and always clean, constantly. I would give it 5 stars but I dont like the lady who was working and thinks out loud, and it makes me uncomfortable. She was making comments about the clothes .

I had the wash and cold services done on 95lb of laundry, when I tell you they went over and beyond. Clean fresh folded organized clothes 🙌🏾 I could not have been more impressed down to the honesty, they gave me a zip lock with everything found in my pockets, which also means they checked my pockets. My second visit to use the comforter sized washers. The machines do a great job but the cleanliness of the place was terrible. There was also a screaming ranting man outside the building that intimidated many of the women customers. One called the police to come calm him down. Not sure if Ill return.

Pura Vida to the rescue!! My cousin visited with his dog, who went outside in the rain and tracked muddy paw prints all over my new rugs!!. Since my rug is washable, I immediately searched for a service that could help clean them but be delicate with the washing at the same time. I found Pura Vida close by and spoke to the owners about how they could help me. They offered to set me up with delivery service right away, come pick up my rugs and then deliver them once done. I immediately said YES PLEASE! - to this convenient and time saving option. Since they were already coming out, I added my dry cleaning to the order as well. And what a great experience!! QUENTIN was the driver who came out to pick up and deliver. He was AWESOME -so friendly and professional and a great representative to the Pura Vida name. I received text notifications letting me know they received my order and when it was being delivered. Im so thankful I found their service and will definitely use them again! THANK YOU PURA VIDA!!

Love the wash and fold service (1.60 per lbs to wash). They have washers from 2.50 up to 7.50 if Im not mistaken, price based on sized of washer. Few if any where out of order. Small parking lot, Easy to miss the driveway.

The only reason Im giving this place four stars and not five, is because they dont have enough cards to accommodate everyone.Im currently disputing a transaction on my card where I was charged $5 for the dryer instead of $1.50 for some reason but I just think that was a small technical errorWhat I do appreciate is the fact that they have different methods to pay without having to get a card for their business and prepay it or any other methods like that.There is a number on the bathroom door where you called to get the code to go in the bathroom and that is a very clean compared to other laundromats which is what I appreciate the most, as well as the trash cans with lids that are touch-free. The hand sanitizer and soap is all stocked and Im always running to the bathroom or a faucet at other laundromats trying to use what detergent I have left over to wash my hands so Ill be coming back just for the cleanliness alone.I am currently saving for a washer and dryer because Im in a new place and Im tired of washing my own clothes but this place gives me a piece of mind knowing that I dont have to touch everything.I just wish there were more carts because it seems like theres a little bit of a battle over whos going to get the free ones. Lol.Im playing but Im not. 😬

I had been looking for a Green Dry Cleaner bear me. However, the only one to come up in my search turned out to be 15 miles away.I decided I would try them anyway. I brought my things in. I was impressed with how clean the store was and the young woman who took my order was careful to listen to everything I wanted. To top it off the PRICE was very reasonable for a green cleaner.The turnaround was fast but not fast enough for COVID 19. I became ill and survived. I got in touch with the store via email and I let them know I would pick my things up but didn’t know when.The owner sent my dry cleaning to me and that was definitely going above and beyond any expectations.The dry cleaning was wonderful. My items have never been cleaner and there was no smell.I hope everyone reads this review and thinks above have your dry cleaning done there. You may have to drive a ways but it is worth it. For people who live in their delivery area you will get free delivery.Thank you Pura Vida I hope you will open up a store closer to my home. But for now I will gladly make the trip

I really enjoy washing here. Washers are nice & newer. You can use your credit card or load into a wash card. How convenient? Its always clean, WiFi with nice music playing. You can get in and out with no problem. Staff friendly as well.

I go to this Laundromat every Monday morning (the only laundromat I go to) because I feel very comfortable with the worker(s) and owner; very kind people. It’s always clean and kept nicely. I also love the fact how the washers and dryers accepts debit/credit cards.

Very Accommodating Staff. Excellent Musical choices. Both Ladies were very helpful in assisting to help me get set up. Washing sheets for a business is challenging but coming here makes it so convenient and easy. 1 hr and15 mins is all you need here! Pickup and delivery service was outstanding. I used it once but will now become a permanent customer.

I was a regular customer until today. Left clothes in washer only to come back and they were taken out of washer and the new under clothes I was washing mysteriously were taken. Really!!! We are stealing PANTIES now!! Your staff is already rude as hell, which I overlooked for convenience. No more!!! Dont use this place!!! If you want your clothes especially your panties... dont stop here. Soon as you look away your clothes will be tampered with.

The phone guy has extremely prejudice and anti Semitic ways, multiple times he condescended to me over my👈🏽 Personal👈🏽 protections and treated me as if I shouldn’t have them. Then he wrote an email to specifically spite me to delay my clothes, the next time I will be filing charges against this establishment, they didn’t know I’m an attorney with the BBB and I should’ve never had to say this to get respect over a phone call, I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to mess with my clothes

Place is always clean and the staff are always polite. Its best to go when it isnt too crowded. Their dry cleaning services re great too. A bit on the pricey end but theyve always done a great job and completed in a timely manner. They will be over the top for me if they ever gave a tailor available to fix holes or hems.

As a parent I really had to shop around for a facility that I felt comfortable with. Pura Vida had high quality modern machines that will clean your clothes to your satisfaction!!It was a very well cared for, expansive laundry facility in a convenient location with friendly/helpful staff.They also offer laundry services wash dry fold, for reasonable prices. This is my new go to place.

I travel a little bit further, just to do my laundry at Pura Vida. The facility is always clean, and the clientele seems likeminded to myself. It’s a comfortable environment, and I feel relaxed and safe coming here. I don’t have to compromise my dignity, as opposed to most other mats. Its a breath of fresh air, I definitely give this laundromat 5 stars.

We have come here 6 or so times in the last 3 months and have always been pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the friendliness of the staff and other patrons. We travel work so have experienced numerous different laundry facilities around the country. This is one of the best weve visited.

As long as I dont have a washer & dryer @ my house & even when I do get one Ill still only use Pure Vida Laundry for things to large for a normal size washer & Ill always have them wash my large Comforters!!Lori (the owner) & her mother Judy treat you like family & are the best :-) & I actually dont mind coming here because the people who work here are so nice & helpful & the Machines are always very clean & well maintained!Plus I like that I can load $$ onto a card & use that to wash & dry my things & I dont have to fumble with quarters & hoping that the change machine even works!!You dont have to worry about that here @ Pure Vida & their own card system that you load $$ onto & swipe to use the machines & plus you have their frequent customer wash program after the 10th wash you get a free wash!! 1st time coming here in I loved it, Attendant was helpful & very friendly. Washing Machines & Dryers are a great size. Music is Good, They also have coffee and a nice little area for the kids. I also like how you have an option on the machines to either enter money or swipe your card, that’s a good idea for people don’t always carry cash. Very clean as well. Will be back!!

I come here once a week and the services that they provide is great. Every week Lola has treated my family like family. Its unfortunate that I have to bring the kids with me to wash however she will make sure that the play area is good for them to sit and watch and play cartoons on the iPad. Plus she will buy them something to eat everytime. Great employee I hope management value this lady to their company.The washers are huge and can take numerous loads which I love because the washer and dryer at home is so sensitive that it takes days to wash the amount of load that these washers can do. I enjoy coming here and will you.

I get my laundry done here, they are always friendly and get my clothes back to me fast.Its great if you dont have laundry hookups at your place! (My clothes are much better taken care of than when I did laundry myself).

Love this place...its always a pleasant atmosphere, especially when Ms Lolo is working. Shes so genuine and helpful to all customers. I love the music, all genres are covered and that is also what makes Pure Vida such an inviting and delightful place to do laundry. I just want to point out that the place is very clean and I enjoy coming every week but while I was washing my clothes and I always bring my kids with me and I didn’t notice my daughter had her things on the floor because I was was working while waiting for my clothes to finish the attendant Sharon came over and said something I apologize and pick up my kids mess then while I was taking my clothes out the washer I over heard her talking to another customer about what just happen and then while I was putting my clothes in the basket she made a smart remark saying to me “keep dropping it” like three time referring to my clothes falling off the basket I felt really uncomfortable and upset for Sharon to say that in front of other customers while she sat there in the brown chair while I was taking my clothes out I felt really embarrassed. I don’t feel comfortable coming during the time that Sharon is working. Thank you for having a clean,updated and enjoyable kids friendly place to do laundry.

Washing clothes isn’t the most exciting thing in the world but this place makes the whole process so much better. It’s a safe and comfy environment. The staff there is very helpful and it’s very clean! It’s never over crowded and not to mention the music is GREAT!

Please double check the water!!!OK so one year ago I went to this laundry to wash clothes before storing. I stopped by the storage to finally take a few things out. When I say my sheet and towels look like muddy...they really do. Wow. I will take pictures and post shortly. Will I return no I will not do to poor management Including. bad behaviour.One year ago:This place is (smoking-hot) the air condition is clearly not working. In addition there are no medium size washers. Hot air equals nothing but hot customers which equals a bad atmosphere. Both Behavioral and bacterial growth.

Easy to use machines, hot dryers. Store is a little small.

Clean and quiet. A bit pricey. $3 for a wash and $1.50 for a dry. 28 min preset on dryers, with no other apparent option, but itll get the job done if you dont overload it.

Good peaceful music to relax and wait on your cloths. The people are crazy nice and QUIET, no yelling kids running around. My go to place for laundry until I get my own that is.

Nice low-key place to do laundry. Machines work fast, dont forget your detergent, they do sell very small detergent for 2 dollars. its better to remember to bring your own.

The best experience with you and your staff being helpful and friendly I took advantage of the spyderwash card where you get your 10th wash free and you nailed it! I’ve been going to this place in Lithonia since 2013 and have yet to get that type of deal. The best laundry place I’ve ever been to !! The staff is so friendly and they have A/C as well. They also accept cards which is a big plus !!! I usually dread going to do laundry but Pura Vida makes laundry fun from the peaceful atmosphere.

Just left and all I washed was one large comforter from my bed that was white and it came out dingy and smelling awful. I put fabric softener in and the blanket didnt smell like it at all. It smelled like dirty water. Total waste of $7 and they refused to refund my money despite the obvious odor of the blanket. Terrible and will NEVER return.
