My wife recently died. I wanted to use her wedding ring to create a necklace for her mother to remember her. The necklace could also be passed on to future generations.I have never had any custom jewelry made, but lucky for me I found Rivier. Rivier is owned by a very nice couple, Nancy and Jorge, which are a husband-and-wife team.My wife loved moons and stars, which was reflected in her jewelry. I gave Nancy the concept of what I wanted for a necklace and showed her some of my wife’s other jewelry and some pictures. Nancy asked for a few days to come up with a design that would be special for my wife’s mom and the entire family.She came up with the idea of using a locket with my wife’s picture inside. It was a perfect idea!The moon and star on the locket were made from the gold from the wedding ring. The diamond was also the diamond in wife’s mom’s wedding ring. The diamond from the ring is mounted in the center of the star.My wife’s mom loved it and so did the rest of the family.Nancy and Jorge made something really special. I felt a real connection with them. It was so much better than any experience you would get from some big, soulless jeweler.

Unbelievably wonderful people and artistry. They took my dinged up old solid ring and re-forged it into this beautiful work of custom art. One of the best experiences ever

To preface this, I typically dont leave reviews unless I am particularly surprised by the business. In this case, I am shocked. We ordered a mens wedding band on their website. We did a very short prep civil ceremony, we ordered the ring on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday. Quick shipping is beginning to be expected by online shopping, so to some that may not be that special. But 30 minutes after my order Evelyn reached out to me via email, congratulated us, let me know the ring will be shipped out immediately and really made it a comforting online purchase. Then Wednesday she went another step further, checked in personally, let me know it was shipped, gave tracking numbers more kind words... I was incredibly happy with my choice to go with Rivier. Fast forward to SATURDAY! The day after our wedding, she reached out yet again and congratulated, made sure we were completely satisfied we exchanged a couple more very prompt emails answering some questions and overall it was just a wonderful experience. I cant recommend Evelyn and the rest of the team there enough. Fantastic selection, fair pricing, and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I will absolutely be using Rivier jewelers again in the future.Thank you all again!

Im so glad I found Rivier! I came to them with an engagement ring design I liked that was ridiculously over priced at another major jewelry company. Not only did they recreate the design but also did it in platinum for half the cost it would have been at the big name jeweler. Evelyn was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a great diamond without trying to upsell me on price. Her dad does all the final detailing on the jewelry himself and did a great job on the ring. My fiance loves the ring hasnt stopped smiling at it! I will be coming here for all my future jewelry.

I completely love them! Their show room is so amazing the staff is also amazing! I went there in Feb of 2019 to buy myself a birthday gift and they had so many great options to choose from. These two beautiful young ladies saw I look confuse on what to get, so this young beautiful young lady who she told me her name which was Evelyn ask me how can she assist me with anything and I told her I was looking for a birthday gift for myself. From there she ask me what am I particularly looking for and I told her I wanted a white gold chain. I bought rose gold name pendant and can’t tell you how many compliments I have received since I’ve had it. I was concerned it would break since I never take it off but I’m going on two years since I’ve had it and the quality is solid. To sum it up Jerald’s work at Rivier’s jewelry is excellent quality; frankly speaking if you want to buy a little love for that special someone this is the place to get it.

I was able to get a custom piece made for my fiancé for Christmas and they went above and beyond to make sure that my vision for the piece manifested. My fiancé was so happy with his bracelet which was totally one of the best gifts that I have ever given him !!! The packaging and presentation of the gift was very impressive.
