Very nice man. He did a good job of repairing my wife’s ring. A friendly man who didn’t ask much money for something that other shops want double amount of money. Recommend it to anyone.

I dropped by with 3 items I needed an opinion/appraisal of...nothing official, I was just curios. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. He told me what I needed to know and didnt even charge me for his time! Thats good old fashioned good will. I appreciate that in a merchant and will definitely return should I need any future repair done. By the way, he has a great sense of humor. :)

I went in to get my ring fixed, bent prong holding in the stone. The owner was AWESOME! Fixed it and did some minor repair on the other prongs as well. I told him I would run and get cash while he was working on it and he said just drop it off the next time you come in....who does that? I was back in no time ans he was done and it looks great. I highly recommend E and B!

Appears theyve permanently checked out. Ive never once found them open for business and phone calls go unanswered. Ive tried many times but no luck.

My family has been using Bob at E & B Jewelry Repair for over 27 years. He charges $5.00 for a new watch battery! He has repaired watch bands, changed earrings to pierced style, restrung pearl necklaces, replaced a diamond that fell out of a ring, fixed a missing prong to a ring, and many more repairs.You have to call to be sure he is in, but if you want excellent service and repair, look no further.Bob is considerate, kind and fun to see. We first used him to fix my daughter’s ring when she damaged it cheering at Tucker High School. My daughter is 44, and we are still using Bob in the same building!

Heard and read great reviews so I took a broken piece of jewelry to him in hopes of getting it fixed. Dropped it off and couldnt get ahold of him for 5+ months! Extremely hard to get in touch with him since his hours are so varied and sporadic. Was hoping to atleast get a call back saying he couldnt fix the jewelry but unfortunately ended up having to pick it up and take elsewhere.If youre looking for speedy, reliable service...Id think twice about taking your jewelry elsewhere.
