I chose this store location at the last minute. I have had no regrets. They didnt have the best price but the service more than makes up for it. Karen is always professional and my tools have been well kept.

When I arrived there was a hypodermic needle laying in front of my storage unitUnfortunately. When I called the front office they said well what do you want me to do.Made me feel like they werent in top of maintenence and there was a pack of rodent pellets in my unit I hope that doesnt mean they have problems with rodents while my things are being stored there. And they arent the cheapest.

Ive had the unit for 2 years without a late payment. In Dec they send an email that it is going up by $20. But online you can rent it at the rate I was at. So the customer that pays ontime and is responsible gets penalized. WTH!! I had no way to move my things during the holidays, I am 61, so how was I to do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Where is the compassion?

Rented a 10x10 unit online to get a better rate. Showed up with a truckload of stuff on my moving day only to find out that my 10x10 unit had a tiny door that I couldnt fit my stuff through. I am currently renting a 10x10 at another Public Storage facility and it has a full size door that made moving in and out no problem. I went to the office only to find no one there. When the person on duty, Mary, did return she asked me to wait while she made a phone call to someone moving in in January! I couldnt believe it! Im standing right there in front of her and she decided it was more important to call someone who hasnt even moved in yet. When she was finally done with her call we walked the lot so I could explain the problem to her. She struggled to remember which building was which and what units were available. She showed me a unit 3 times the size of what I had reserved and quoted me a matching, three times larger, price. Then she finally said that they didnt have any 10x10 units with large doors. So I asked for a refund since I couldnt move in, only to be told that she couldnt give me a refund. I have to call the district manager tomorrow to sort it out. Customer service here sucks! So now Im left with a truck full of stuff, no where to store it, and the added burden of having to hunt people down to get my money back on top of having to find another storage unit. They didnt even try to make it right. Do not rent here. Online rentals are misleading and you wont be able to get your money back without a hassle.

Fees are over the top!!! I am a senior citizen who has been renting from them since 2014. I have never been late or missed a payment. I should be able to get a much better monthly rate. I pay $204 monthly But $104 Monthly would be much better and help me to make a few changes to my diet. That would be nice! Thanks

I went to five different facilities and this one was by far my favorite. Seems cleaner and better kept than many of them. I wish the drives between the buildings were a little wider but they are workable.I wish all Public Storage employees could be as good as Taylor. He answered my questions and was very kind and always smiling. If not for him Im not sure I would have gone with Public Storage.He made all the difference in my decision because many of the facilities seem kinda run down and the sizes of the units at some of them are not even close to whats advertised.The 800 number folks were the ones that almost lost you my business because they are anything but helpful and many were down right rude. I had one lady hang up on me because she refused to listen to my questions without talking over me.Taylor was the main reason I decided to give you a chance. He was far better at listening to understand than anyone I dealt with and he answered my specific questions without making excuses. I really appreciated his honesty and his professional manners.This facility is also easier to get in and out than most and seems to be a bit better maintained than many of them. I hope my overall experience here will be as good as the initial experience was with Taylor. He definitely needs recognized for a job well done.Thank you Taylor; keep up the great work and never stop smiling!

I just moved and I was trying to find adequate boxes for some of the unique pieces that I had to move. Karen was so helpful in my plight. She was very hospitable and professional. I recommend stopping by here if you are moving.

Initial move-in: Vida is awesome! Great customer service❣️Update 6/30/2020 - only had unit for 6 months and now getting a rent increase with 30 day notice. Unfortunately, I dont like these kinds of surprises. They have the exact same size unit available for $40 less than Im currently paying, at the same location, so no justification for me to have to pay an increase. Not happy about this. Definitely finding a new place to store my things.

My unit was broken into last year with a group of others, no cameras or security of any kind except a gate and a camera at the gate which can easily be fooled. No big deal. Filed a report, was somewhat compensated. Fine. Fast forward to today. Went to my unit and found a different lock that didnt belong to me or the companys. Someone cut my lock off and replaced it this time to cover their tracks. The lack of security is abysmal. Now i have to wait to sign a form they did not have handy to give permission to cut off the lock and see what, if anything, has been stolen.... again. Do not store here. The have no answers and an extremely unhelpful staff and policies

Renter Beware!!! The unit became infested with Rats. The manager knew and failed to inform anyone on that row. Everything was RUINED!! She was so unfazed and could not be bothered..not an ounce of Im sorry..The insurance I opted for and paid for was a joke!!! For all of your things they might pay you $100. Then.. after all that they are still harassing me for additional fees they added for leaving some of the most destroyed items per the insurance company. This place is a disaster. Stayed tuned its Not over...

I don’t know where to start! We came in to the wrong Public Storage at 5:45 pm, mind you they close at 6. Luckily, Towana was there to come our rescue! She was gladly willing to help us out by transferring our reservation to her store. All in all, great experience, greater representative! This review is for Angela and not the property. We had issues getting our unit at first and had to return the next day to be helped out by Angela. She was courteous, professional, and helpful. She was able to assist us in getting the issues taken care of on her end and then giving us the contact information for corporate so that we could get the rest of our issues resolved with them. I didnt get a chance to ever meet the manager of this location but Angela should be it in my opinion as she seemed to know everything about the system and educated us further since this was our first time renting. She was top notch in customer service and I appreciate all that she did to help us out. Thank you.

This place stinks like a family of 10 people live in it. A female associate walked up completely barefoot and finally opened the locked door during regular business hours after I walked away. Im thinking to myself you all dont close for another 2 hours why is the door locked?

Dont recall the young ladys name who processed my signing up for a storage unit. Regardless, she was cheerful and efficient in explaining and showing me how to open the gate and get into my unit. She even took me on a ride in a golf cart. She represents the business quite well.

Stay away !!!!!! Horrible, can’t get in touch with anyone for weeks. Good luck ever talking to property management. N good luck trying to pay on time they charge after the grace period date even if you paid the month before, so they can add late fees. I pay 9 whole BUSINESS days in advance to due date and the charge doesn’t come until After the 6 day grace period ? Can’t even talk to anyone HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEGO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Had a different public storage location Once before, I, completely done with this company. Straight horrible
