I cannot count the number of insurance agents Ive dealt with over the last 40 years, but I know that the team here is by far the best Ive seen! Super kind and always professional! Always answers my questions quickly! My wife and I first moved our car insurance over, but quickly signed up for all our other policies as well, not only that, but we now have an umbrella policy too! Not only is this saving me money, but I have far better coverage than Ive ever had before! The price brought me in, but the customer service will keep me here forever! Thank you so much!

Brittani and Tori at American Family Insurance provides excellent service. Brittani and Tori operate with the customer being first in their minds. They explain every step of the process and facilitate the process so that all runs smoothly and as quickly as possible. I have never had an Insurance Agent operate so professionally with the customer always foremost in her mind.My wife and I needed a Rental Car as quickly as we could get a car as we were under a Level 2 Fire Evacuation Order. Brittani was able to get us a car within a couple of hours of our request even though we live in quite a small town. Her efforts relieved a lot of our stress for us as my wife had recently had a surgery and we needed that vehicle badly.

This agent does nothing for her clients and argues with customers. Doesnt try to keep business by doing anything. Just says I cant do anything for you. Terrible customer service. I would recommend using another company.
