Gunnar and his team are simply the best. I’m a college student on my own plan, when I was looking for an insurance company the quotes of how much I would have to pay per month was rediculous. Through state farms discounts I save LOTS per month, I even get money off my plan because of my good grades! I just locked myself out of my car and called, Barbara the secretary (SWEETEST WOMAN ever) asked me if I was in a safe place and then sent me an emergency roadside service to unlock my car. So happy with this company and their great customer service!!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this agent. Over the year and a half Ive been with Gunnar Olson, Ive had nothing but issues. Ive been incorrectly billed, double billed, and pretty much in the dark about what was going on with my policies at any given time. It literally took them 9 months to get my condo policy right! How ridiculous! Part of the problem is that the turnover at this place is unreal... And they just LOVE to blame former employees for every single issue you may have. Not once did someone take responsibility for dropping the ball! Instead, I was met with attitude, excuses, and flat out lies.The only reason I stayed for so long is because I have been with State Farm for 8 years. But I finally got sick of hearing nothing but excuses and empty promises and made the decision to move all my policies over to Allstate. And thank god I did! I now pay $95 less per month, I know exactly what Im paying for, and I have 100% confidence in my agent.You will not be missed, Gunnar Olson!

I was content with not having to ever shop for Car Insurance again, regardless of what I was paying. After years of not wanting to deal with the hassle of car insurance, i let Trevor and Gunnars office quote me. My result? Additional coverage, a life policy, and personal customer service all for literally half the cost. I was upset that i didnt switch from Progressive sooner. I recommend you do the same.

Seriously, insurance is not fun and Ive always felt like I walked away more confused than ever before. Jessica Williams was like a friend and was honest and easy to work with. I think this is the first time Ive come away feeling more confident than I went in feeling.

Gunnar Olsons office has caused problems, and not provided good advice. They dont return phone calls and have poor follow through. The whole point of going to the local agent was for good hands-on attention and good customer service ....neither of which have I received. After nine years Im finally fed up.

We have been State Farm customers for years. Recently, my husbands truck suffered some wind damage and the shell was destroyed when it came off and landed upside down in the ditch next to the road. These guys will take you for every dime they can. Not very helpfull. Never checks to see if anything changes to lower your policy. More then happy to take your money off your hand and never say sorry for doing it. Shop with a different company. You will lever be happy with these idiots!!!

I was having issues understanding what my auto policy was covering and needed some assistance on knowing when I can pay for my monthly bills. I called the office and spoke with someone they were able to breakdown the policy very clearly to me and where/how I can pay my monthly bill.

I have had a car claim with Gunner Olson since Sept 12th. It is now Oct 4th and I have not heard a word from the State Farm staff at this office. Not only are they unresponsive when called, during business hours, Ive had to call the State Farm National claim line to get any progress on my claim. Very subpar service and not what anyone should expect of their local insurance provider.Update: I have been a State Farm customer since Ive been driving and never have I had an agent call me and state that it isnt their job to mediate between two parties, say once I pay the shop to have my car fixed they will work to have me reimbursed from the opposite party, and then ask me apprehensivly what fight I want them to fight. I have submitted everything from pictures to including the opposite parties insurance information and written confession. Im having to file a claim with the other parties insurance and do the work myself.
