Came out to assess problem with ice maker and never came back. After we reached out again for repairs they said they are going on vacation and that was that. Nothing more. Save your money and effort. Typical.

Our dishwasher broke down on Saturday morning. The bottom washed fine, but no water going to the top. We called Costis Appliance repair and spoke to Costis friendly and efficient wife hoping to get an appointment on Monday. She said Costi had several calls but would try to make it out in that afternoon. Sure enough, he called about 3 and said he was on his way. He took the dishwasher apart and took out a small round screen with a wheel inside full of crud. He said with a twinkle in his eye, Wash it well, then throw it away! We all laughed. He had the exact replacement part with him as there was damage to the wheel. He was finished in an hour!! How did he know what part to bring with him??? THATS SERVICE!S

Washing machine making nasty sound. Called Sue, Costi was just down the street, stopped by, found the problem and fixed on the spot.He really knows his stuff and was great to meet! Thanks to you both😉

Costi was incredibly friendly and helpful while fixing our refrigerator. He had the parts and repair completed quickly and cleanly which helped to save our food! Costi was nice enough to come out Christmas Eve to save the day before we had a mass of people for Christmas. He fixed our washing machine and saved our Christmas and New Years. Really prompt service and great work. I called on Friday, he came Monday. He took apart, diagnosed and repaired my aging, not-heating gas dryer in 50 minutes. Minimum mess (ok, I vacuumed years of dust that had collected inside the dryer while he went to his truck for parts) and was both pleasant and informative.Would I recommend him? Wholeheartedly and enthusiastically. And I rarely review anybody.

Costi came to our dishwashers rescue on the same day I called for service.He is a perfectionist, and quickly fixed a few other things he noticed needed repair, all for a very reasonable price.Smart and honest. Great guy, great service.
