Jerry did a great job transfering my moms old movies to DVD as well as my old cassette recordings to CD!! Seeing and hearing these old recordings has brought joy to so many!

My sister, mom, and I just watched the DVD of my Dad’s old 8mm movies that we had transferred at Troy Video. We were very happy with the results and so glad to have all the old movies organized onto one disc! (1&1/2 hours) What a gift to our family to have these great memories! I also had a cassette tape transferred to CD that had my Grandma singing, telling her great granddaughter nursery rhymes and my Aunt playing the piano. The CD was excellent- so much better than we expected!

These people are the real deal. They even took the time to check their voicemail and return phone calls! They are super helpful and extremely reasonable rate wise. This is the only place to go!

Just played some VHS conversions Jerry made for me almost 10 years ago. They are still perfect. Nothing but great things to say about Jerry and how he runs a business dating back to his old video store.

Talked to someone on phone. Asked one question..very rude..short..basically shut me down and never gave any option to work with me on time frame. Customer service skills need work!

Terrible place mean man that Jerry is, wont redo his own mistakes, went there to convert 1 and half hours of mini dvd footage, to 1 large disc, he only put on 1 hour of footage on the disc, when I went home and reviewed what he had done, it was clear he didn’t do 1 side of my disc, when I called to tell him he lied about it said a bunch of things why he couldn’t do it. Then he said don’t ever come back and hung up on me. I have reviewed all my mini dvds and there is no problem with them, he just screwed up and won’t admit it.please don’t ever go there he is a bomb waiting to go off.

They transferred some old home movies to DVD for my father. They did a great job.

I am sorry to say that Im leaving a bad review, I spoke to someone at this facility yesterday and they told me they could transfer a DAT tape to CD or DVD format. When I went in today 5 minutes before they closed, I had raced to get here because this is a tape of my graduate senior recital for Indiana University, I was told they dont even have a DAT machine and therefore cant help me. I am so disappointed.

Paid $230 to have VHS-C converted to disc. Brought them home and they fail to run on anything but a DVD player. Asked for them to be converted to a format that would allow them to be played on multiple devices and they asked for an additional $25 per video hour to convert them to make them viewable. Disgusting. Not worth the time. Find somewhere else.
