Supervisors of the Troy location were all cool but once we went remote and all the DM managers from troy quit and they put all of these wanna be’s from farmington or the other locations in charge the company went south only people with actual knowledge were the troy sups and managers

This place actually wasn’t bad I enjoyed working here. There are things that could’ve been better all in all you were responsible for your own experience. I’d recommend this establishment if you need a routine type of employment.

I worked briefly for this company and they decided to send a paper check without informing me until after. When I inquired, they said they were having issues with their direct deposit. I still have not received my last check and its was supposed to be received on 07.24.2020. When I tried to ask about My payment, I was blocked.

This place is a terrible work environment, I’ve never seen a company function this terribly. The company is full of complete lies and misleading information. I would highly advise not working here, the only reason to work here is to get a paycheck while looking for a job. They will hire you for a full time position and you’ll end up being part time, if you dare ask for a raise you’ll most likely be replaced or fired. Performance review are completely looked past so they don’t have to give you a raise or that managers who need to be let go can stay in their position with no repercussions for their actions, do not apply to this company.

Great job great benefits...allows for late and missed days they buy you lunch most days...the morale is great and they have raises and reference bonuses too. If you have a felony dont apply and if you are interested say so because there are plenty of opportunities here. Paid training for one week and then your on the floor. Its easy to learn this job.

The job leads said it was for someone to answer the phones and front desk representative.Very very disappointing The people seemed courteous and professional at first they told me I would get 40 plus hours and all of the over time I wanted and all it was was front desk representative. When I got there it was all about speed and working two screens at one time and you had to be able to type literally faster than you can blink a whole sentence paragraph. I am not a IT person Im a front desert representative this job is to answer questions for customers online while using two screens and able to answer the question before the timer runs out basic let people know what theyre getting into before they go to this job interview. they kept telling me to dress professionally which they didnt have to tell me I was going to do that anyway because thats what you do. They even send a email and a reminder text message about dressing professionally and being ready. When I got there they were people with sweats t-shirts shorts no professionals. Except for the agency interviewer. In other words this place is a call center for takaka airbags and if you cant type fast lightning fast then this job is not for you but if you can then this job is for you good luck.

I like the job in the beginning, but realized that none of the supervisors were on the same page when you asked a question. I had to leave my job due to expensive car issues, but when I was able to get my car repaired and called to see if I could come back they said no because I gave no notice. How do you give notice when your car breaks down and have no way to work? All my reviews I was told I was a good employee, but I wasnt rehirable cause I didnt give them notice when my car broke down. Make sure you can see in the future, so you can give them notice that something is going to go wrong on this date!

The first piece of paperwork prior to training is your availability. Yet the entire class had concerns because the scheduling team doesnt read. There are 5 women restroom stalls on the 3rd floor to a call center with 150 women. Yet you receive a 10 min break and have to clock out. Your seat is 3 minutes (x2)if u walk fast...dont let there be a line and do not require a refreshment from talking all day. Full time really mean part time. You have to pick up hours which means you really are not eligible for benefits. Generic and faulty system. Unsanitary, germ invested, visible mouse traps and everyone is slowly getting sick yet no crew comes in to disinfect.

Petty, disorganized and ridiculous company to work for. The upper management runs around making arbitrary changes to the work flow with 0 metrics to gauge the success or not. The upper management then will blame middle and lower management for the lack of growth and progress all the while giving them no tools to coach and work with the employees. Hard workers, after getting a few raises and being worn out by years of working for this company suddenly have bogus reasons to be let go unleashed on them. Then if you press about the reasons, they quote you Michigan is an at will state. Cronyism is rampant, they will promise opportunities to advance, they only actually mean to lower management where you become a whipping post for upper managements lack of leadership. Save yourself a lot of headache and steer clear of working at this place.

If you are looking for a well organized business to work at. this is not the place. no one is ever on the same page when you ask one question. it seems as though every other day it is a new rule that im sure is not in the hand book that was first given out. plenty of favoritism. they claim to offer a raise after 6 months at first but changed it to a year and still people who has worked for a year has not seen what they were promised, they will play with your emotions and say they will check back with you and you never hear anything else. if you are looking for a place to advance in. this is also not it. they will hire someone else who has not been here to take the spot right under your feet. they do have food and fun activities on some days. if you want quick weekly pay this is your place. just dont think you will be very successful here because you wont

All the 5 star reviews are either managers writing them or theyre delusional. The job is horrible, so if youre thinking of applying, DONT. First, the CEO of the company doesnt care about her employees, she only cares about getting money in her pocket. She has a condescending attitude and talks to you like youre below her. The systems are faulty, weve told the CEO multiple times to fix them, but yet nothing has been done.Second, you get no benefits, no paid vacation days, and no opportunity to move up in the company. So basically, youre a slave.Third, training is horrible. Every week they add new dealerships and new retention offers, without letting the employees know or without training. They expect you to figure it out yourself.Fourth, the micromanaging is ridiculous. Employees have to put their phones in a basket at the beginning of the shift like some high school kids. They monitor you so closely, its so uncomfortable. The reviews on here and on indeed are below 3.0 stars. Maybe its time the CEO and the managers start caring about their employees.

I went in for a group interview and the supervisor went over the company policy and rules. They have flexible hours as well. After that they called us in to interview with the manager and she had me read a call script. I got hired on the spot but I had to call them back and reject the offer due to some issues.

THIS COMPANIES HIRING PROCESS IS TERRIBLE!!!! HIGH TURNOVER RATE. STRESSFULL MIXED WITH FAVORATISM. I gave a great interview and typed 43 wpm and was told all the positions were filled. I was told that all hired candidates would get a confirmation email 48 hours from interview. I didnt hear anything by Tuesday morning and got worried because I had bills due and REALLY needed a job. The managers became angry that I followed up with them to see if I was hired. I only did it because my spam blocker sometimes keeps important emails from getting through. To ad insult to injury, this fecal company had the nerve to email me two days later to come in for another group interview. GTFOH! And of all people, the recruiter whos name was Olivia, personally called me and told me that I WAS one of the candidates that they did decide to hire after all. She claimed there was some kind of mix up and thats why they dont like candidates inquiring about job status. She also inquired if I was the one that placed this horrid but true review about the company that someone working there spotted in which I adamantly denied. She also emailed me later to inform me that as of Friday she would no longer be with the company. Talk about the irony!!! If recruiters are resigning...thats saying alot about the company itself. Dynamic BDC can suck a fat one!!
