Im not one to leave bad reviews but I feel obligated here since Zane has relatives writing misleading ones for him. Charged me a $1,200 retainer (legally in NYS is a refundable payment if service is not fulfilled) for graphic design work that would go for under $100 on Fiverr or Upwork, on top of that he wanted another $2,000 for a finished product. Hires an illustrator, gives dates he cannot keep his word on and doesnt respond to emails on weekends. His work was horrible, 2 of the 3 concepts put forth were near identical with minimal effort. I ended up going on fiverr for $900 ( fourth of his proposed final cost) and had significantly stronger work done in a timely manner. Hes taking advantage of businesses that are new to the online realm.
