A good friend of ours, Dr. Singer neurosurgeon, referred us to Dr. Gowda saying there are great surgeons and then above all of them is Dr. Gowda. He was right. Dr. Gowda had tremendous bedside manner, explained all aspects of the required surgery and did exactly what he promised.His consultation and follow up were also great. The result of the lipo was perfect. We found out Dr. Gowda formerly specialized in re- attaching severed limbs, doing micros surgery that lasted up to 30 hours. For years he was one of the best in the world. For him cosmetic surgery is an art from of surgery and he is very qualified. Dont be fooled by his beautiful office. He is a great value and a brilliant surgeon. He is not arrogant, cocky or all flash. Hes the real deal.

Disappointed!!! Recommend by a friend, I had an appointment today at 11:45 waited till 12:10 then I waited in a room inside after I got topless they made me wait for another 40 mins without anyone checking on me, apologizing for dr being late or even ask me if I wanted to drink anything or even water, I was really need it water so bad then I dressed up went up I said I wanna cancel for being waiting that long without anyone offering me at least water... she said OK without even apologizing or anything REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Dr. Gouda has performed an several procedures on me over the last few years and is a surgeon par excellence. He is not only precise and artistic, but extremely personable. In addition, his staff is very professional and courteous.

This review is around 5 years old, dont know why I wanted so long. I had 2 surgeries done by Dr. Gowda. The first time was to remove the fat under my eyes, eye & forehead lift. Turned out great except he hit a nerve, so from the outside of my left eye all the way to the left side of my lip it always feels tingly, kind of like the last hour of novocaine wearing off after leaving the dentist. A few years later I just wanted to have the fat under my eyes removed again. He sewed the outer area of my eyes (near the ear area) while I was being driven home I knew something was wrong. I was the girl with the big blue eyes, not anymore. Bottom line is he made my eyes smaller & Ive had nothing but problems with them since. I was SO upset I never went back for a after picture.

I mostly see Kelly for laser treatment for rosacea. She is wonderful! All staff is friendly and professional.

This practice has really gone downhill. Made an appointment via phone, which was confirmed via email and text. Show up for my scheduled appointment and nurse is not there. Receptionist was very unprofessional and acted like it was my fault that I expected the nurse to be there for my appointment. No apology or explanation for the waste of my time. I will never go there again. When your front desk is the face of your business and cannot say I’m sorry and take care of their mistake it just shows the quality of the people that Dr Gowda has working for him now.

Professional, knowledgable, compassionate and personable is the best way to describe Kelly. She is very good at what she does, always has the latests techniques, and I always look at feel better after my appointment with her! I would not trust anyone else but her!

I am a 30 year old male, and my entire life I have struggled with acne. This has led to dark spots and acne scars on my face that I was looking to get rid of. I went in to have the Halo laser procedure done on my face, and could not be more dissatisfied with it. The procedure was performed by a woman named Kelly, who told me it would feel like rubber bands snapping on my face. It was much more painful than that, and afterwards my face felt like it was hanging over a fire for the next three hours. I would have been completely fine with the pain if the results had turned out how they were promised. The first 7 days I spent indoors due to the recovery process (which I was aware of). After my face had peeled, my face looked a lot better. It was a little pink, and I could still see some of the scars, but definitely an improvement. After two weeks the scars and dark spots started to come back. At three weeks (today) I have developed large dark areas where my two main dark spots were. It basically looks like I have a bruise on both of my cheek bones. I went in to see Kelly, and was given an answer of sorry, this normally doesnt happen. She sold me a bleaching creme for $55 and told me to come back in 4 weeks to see if it works. As of now, my skin looks worse than it did before the laser treatment. I was told I would see amazing results after three weeks, but I am just let with hyperpigmentation on my face that leaves me feeling depressed and regretful. Im writing this review so people dont make the same mistake that I did. Be aware of the major risks associated with this procedure, and do research. If anything changes, I will update this review.

I went to him for a rhinoplasty and it didn’t turned out like we discussed. It’s been two years since my surgery and I still have my right nostril swollen . My nose looks crroked and I would need a second surgery. I paid 6000$ for job half done.

Received a Tummy tuck and muscle repair with lipo of upper abdomen and back. I have to say that Dr. Mune Gowda did an amazing, exceptional job! I am extremely happy with the results. He went above and beyond the requested service. His staff is very personable and professional at his Troy and Novi office. I received the surgery at his surgery center in Novi and stayed at the Staybridge suites after. He came to check on me the following day. Very professional and extremely capable. Did 2 surgeries so on my wife. It looked great but her pain wouldnt go away and he wouldnt return her calls and made her feel like a drug addict. My wife has never done a drug in her life. Pretty much once the surgery is done. Hes done with you.

I am 60 years old and I had severe droopy eyelids and a very deep frown lines between my brows, (11s). I did six months of research and finally drilled down to choosing Dr. Mune Gowda. I made the right decision! Believe it or not, it took a lot of courage for me to make that first call to set up a Consultation. At the Consultation, I was somewhat embarrassed to enter Dr. Mune Gowda’s office, but immediately I felt comfortable, the front desk staff was amazing and even had me laughing.During Consultation, Dr. Mune Gowda recommends Blepharoplasty, for the loose skin of my upper eye lid, Corrugator Muscle Excision with Fat Transfer for my deep frown lines. Of course, I agreed, and an appointment was set up for pre op and surgery. I knew what Blepharoplasty was, but I wasn’t sure what was involved in the Corrugator Muscle Excision. Dr. Mune Gowda explained that this muscle causes the deep frown lines (between by brows), and it will be removed. I never heard of such a thing! I was extremely excited. I went home to research “Corrugator Muscle Excision” and I couldn’t find much online. I couldn’t even find other surgeons in my area that did this kind of surgery. So I knew I chose the right surgeon.After Surgery, and after the removal of my stitches. I was so amazed that I could not make that frown line between my brows. Another thing that I noticed is that Dr. Gowda transferred fat to my deep frown lines that the deep frown lines were gone!!!!!!!He also did an amazing job on my eyelids considering there was A LOT of loose skin. It looks like 20 years was taken off my face. And I am not finished healing yet. Amazing! I can’t wait for the full recovery results. If you want to remove those nasty frown lines between your brows, and a great eye lift, I highly recommend Dr. Mune Gowda!!!

Exceptional!I had Dr. Gowda do arm surgery for me. It was a combo of lipo and surgery to remove the excess skin. He is a perfectionist and Im thrilled with the results. The combination of lipo and surgery resulted in beautiful arms - perfectly tone and shaped. I couldnt be happier. His staff is equally wonderful.

Dont purchase their products, bought a Replenix Pure Hydration at his Troy office, cost $112.00. Came home, googled it & found it for as low as $42.00.
