This is a highly professional medical center to get your aging skin rejuvenated. The staff is wonderful and very well educated in skin care. Elaine is especially well knowledgeable in all procedures. They have the latest in laser technology equipment. I have had laser treatments for age spots on my hands, and am truly happy with the results. They are very honest and care about your comfort level. Dr. Nancy F Mansour-Habib is inept as an analytic doctor. Dr. Nancy insisted, and demanded, she knew patients’ pains & ailments better than the patient did - UNREAL! She made no attempt to diagnose “why my love was in pain”; thus, the care for her pain was greatly delayed. The only thing the Dr. furnished was enormously elevated stress; so we went elsewhere. We have a good team of specialist now who are very attentive! Her Pain comes from 3 regions in the cervical spine degenerating, thus compressing on the nerve roots passing through those 3 regions & hyperthyroidism which elevates an already chronic pain. Yes, the pain is real and dr. Nancy did NOTHING TO HELP because she believed she knew better!!! It was an outrageously stressful 3 months in our life, and we could not understand why dr. Nancy was so dismissive & abusive towards my baby, with bully type tactics.

I use to have a doctor office I would go to before Grace Medical, and I can honestly say that it was a smart choice to switch over. The staff all cooperate with you to make sure youre visits run smoothly and you are informed with everything that is happening. They are more then happy to answer any question you may have. The office doctor is by far the best doctor I have come in contact with. I have been going to her for years and she always wants to make sure everything is fine with me and you get the feeling that she really cares and wants to take care of you and advises what are the best steps to take. Highly recommended place for you and your family.

Made appointment for 1pm. 1:35pm comes around and im still not called back. Learn to stop overbooking and keep your appointments or else whats the point of making an appointment to begin with? I dont have time to waste thus why i made an appointment. This is typical of American doctors who typically overbook due to greed.

I love Nancy Mansour-Habib...I was going to the outpatient clinic at Beaumont for the last 5 years and decided to look for a doctor that is always in the office. The doctors at the outpatient clinic were good they just werent there all the time because they would do rotations in the hospital. I found Nancy Masour-Habib and I am very happy with her. She is very thorough and friendly. I have been seeing her for the last year and I would highly recommend her. I wanted a doctor who is always available when I need her and she is def there and a great doctor.

I always get the run-around when I come here or wait in the lobby for a long period of time.

Terrible they never answer their calls and when they do they put you on hold for almost 20 mins when I have an appointment I go in and have to wait about an hour before they even let you in a room also when the doctor prescribes anything it usually takes them at the very least a day or 2 to send it to the pharmacy even if its just a refill
