I only gave 3 stars due to 1 thing. The customer service has always been acceptable, when I have reached out about issues, someone has always responded within either minutes or hours. But the download speed is just not consistent at times and it seems whenever we do check the speed, it is below our contracted 15. Seems to be between 5-10 pretty consistently.

I dont enjoy calling about situations that are causing slow speeds on the internet connection but this group does a great job communicating about how to fix and whats going on. 75% of the time it my equipment and they dont complain about spending time fixing my side of the issues.
Before I started using Skymesh for my internet services, if I had a problem I would always dread making the call to get the issue fixed. And it would take forever to get the issue resolved.I switched to Skymesh when they were starting up in my area back in November 2017. I have been very satisfied with their service and I recommend them to all my friends & family.Ken, Eric, Dave, Evan & AJ at Skymesh have always provided great customer service for me. If there is a problem they are right away fixing the issue! They have helped me not only with my internet but with tv antenna/local channels, printers, and more. Fantastic company! My service was giving me minor issues. In fact it was minor enough that I didnt even call to report it. I live in a remote area and connection issues have been common with past providers so I didnt think a lot about it. But a tech from Skymesh called me one day and asked if I had noticed any issues. I explained that there had been some minor issues but I didnt think much of if for the reasons stated above. He informed me that was NOT acceptable, and that as a company they strive for better quality than that. They sent a guy out the following day to fix it, and in addition gave me a credit on my account. First time in my life to have an internet provider call ME to complain about THEIR service, fix it immediately and offer me money back! Thank you Skymesh for providing a quality product, backed by exceptional customer service. All to an area that otherwise is not serviced by any other provider.
SkyMesh has always been very responsive to our issues. They even discouraged us frompurchasing a faster speed and said they probably only needed to work with the direction. So wonderful to get a live body with problems and if our electric goes out, I get a call from SkyMesh that they noticed our internet is down, questioning if it was on their end or if our electric went out. A+ service and politeness and professional. Very rarely will our speed be sluggish. So much better than Centurylink.

When we first went with Skymesh we were told they would know issues before we would report them. I feel like the company became so big so quickly that they are now not as efficient with their customers. We have had 3-4 issues in the past year and the Customer Service is awful. We cant even get our Service Rep to respond to phone calls. We ended up going with a different service and will not be renewing our contract.
We are in a rural location. Skymesh has provided good, consistent internet connection. The company is administrated by people of integrity. Be cautious if you are considering some of their competitors.
Skymesh support is top notch. They are very technical and know what they are doing. They also deliver on their speed commitment. If you purchase 10 MB, you will get 10 MB.
We have been happy with customer service from Skymesh over the past two years of service to us. Very few problems, but when we do have concerns, they are addressed promptly. Much better than any other provider ( time warner ) or local telephone provider.
Small business trying to get internet to the people that can’t get it by the the big boys. Getting better with outages but customer service seems a bit distant. Great place to support local business which is key to keeping our local community strong.
Great price for a solid internet source. Installers were awesome...knowledgable and efficient. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that randomly the router signal is dropped and takes a few minutes to come back. This is an iregular experience, however still frustrating at times.
The installation guys were great. So far we have never had any issues with the service or speed.
Our internet service is better than we have ever had. We are able to stream movies without buffering. If the speed slows its back up very quickly. However, one big drawback that is our experience with Skymesh is they are hard to get ahold of. Initially when wanting to contact them to check about signing up with them, we called multiple days at multiple times of the day and could not get anyone to answer and was not able to leave a message either as the mailbox was full. Resorted to emailing and even then it took a couple of days to get a call back. We also had an outage over Labor Day weekend and we called for service, no one called even though they claim 24/7 service. We messed with it long enough here and finally figured it out.
The absolute best. We came from another local WiFi supplier who had horrible service and horrible customer service. We had pretty much lost all hope we’d ever be able to stream Netflix on a TV. And then...Skymesh saved the day! A company that returns phone calls, answers questions, and provides exactly what they say they will provide.

Love skymesh! Me have had frontier and hometown out in the country near pleasant hill and both were horrible and went out all the time. Att and Windstream wouldnt come out to our house.Skymesh is awesome and if I ever have problems even on Saturdays and Sundays they are super responsive and amazing!Highly recommend!
They are literally the best internet provider I can get. I do wish they offered higher speeds.
Our plan is for the highest strength and we frequently receive “buffering” notice on our TV.
Since I could not find a method to email you at your website, I will use this method to ask a question. We have recently set up 3 TVs to stream various apps including CBS All Access. The CBS app always buffers on the largest TV (55) in the house. We do not have an issue with the other two smaller TVs. Is the screen size the reason we are experiencing this or something else? The distance of the large TV is closer and has less walls for the router signal to travel to than one of the other smaller TVs. All 3 TVs are using a FireStick.

Skymesh meets our needs for Internet service.
We have issues in the evening with our connection. I called a few evenings ago to report the error, had to leave a message & still havent gotten a response.
Great rates, if there is a problem (which is rarely) they take care of it right a way.
