Say goodbye to slow satellite internet!This company is top notch. Great customer service, fast and professional installs and great internet service. Have not had any issues and I highly recommend using them.

My installation was completed on 3/29/19. Steven & Corey did a great job with the installation. Very fortunate to have a service like this available in rural areas since DSL or cable modem was not available.

If you live in my area (Casstown/Troy) I would highly recommend Imagine Networks for your internet. Our service is great and the price is reasonable. Also this company has great costumer service. We are very happy to have found this company.

I do not have the service yet as it will be installed Monday. However I am very happy with the customer service I was given. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I look forward to my internet service.

The service seams to work intermittently. During times its fine but paying 75 a month thats only mediocre. Its not as bad as frontier dsl. Its not nearly as good as Spectrum. But I dont have a choice where I live its only frontier or this. Wish there was some info on the satellite tuning. The installer pointed my dish directly at a tree. Dont think thats correct. But I dont work for them. I wasnt able to be home for the install so my bad I guess.

Just called to see if I could get their service at my house. Over 20 minutes later the girl couldnt even tell me if I would have to sign a long term service contract but she was asking for payment information. She was very polite. Probably a very nice person but seemed like she knew nothing about internet stuff or even about how this business operates in general. Makes me have doubts about if i want this operation providing me internet.

Pricey but great service an very respectful in your home.

Wow... Just got off the phone with someone in their sales department, just trying to ask some questions to find out about their service. I said multiple times during the conversation, Youre not signing me up right now, right? Im just looking to find out more about what you offer. He continued to ask me questions, and I guess Im an idiot, because I kept answering them. He had me scheduled for an install date before I even got my questions answered. No thanks... Time Warner is shady, but not even that shady.

Hands down best rural internet

Got installed a few months ago. Fast and clean install. Nice installers. So far happy with the service. I do wish the speed was a flat 5mb instead of 4mb. About $60 a month for 4mb speed. A little pricey but for rural uncapped high speed internet its worth it. We just left that home town company thats provides internet where we had to deal with countless outages and endless drawn out repair times. Im happy that we finally found another option!Service has been good! Customer service needs some improvement and better training! If they improve that it would be 4 or 5 star internet provider!

I just got the intertnet hooked up. My experience so far has been amazing. I had hughes net before. I work from home and connect to VPN. To say the lease with hughes net in order for me to do one part of my job would take me 2 min with imagine networks it now take me 40 sec. Now they may not sound like alot to most but i connect to a very large VPN with a company that is the 2nd largest in the US. For me to do my job over 2x as fast i was soooo happy. The installers as well had me hook up and ready to go in 1hr and 15min both were so nice and really did well with my dog. Another hats off to nancy she came to my house explained the service and i also talk to her to set everything up. To add i got a chance to tall to the ceo josh he was very kind was trilled that i was happy. I am very happy with my service cant wait for it to rain to see how well it does then too. Any one living around jackson center oh and find it hard to get great internet i would say give imagine network a call.

I do not have the service but have experienced it at a friends many many times who has to use it as TWC doesnt provide service on his road.Reminds me of AOL dial up.I called them,as my friend is somewhat inexperienced with computers.While TRYING to ask my questions about problems with the service,I was rudely told I was violating one of their usage policys???If Mr Personality on the other end would have shut up and listened he would have understood what I was asking........He didnt even say his name or job title,didnt say may I help you?...fast talking and very shady to say the least not to mention a company very much so lacking in customer service and people/communication skills.
