We had some furniture delivered damaged and I made the mistake of accepting it and not sending it back for a replacement. When my lease was up, they said that I was responsible for the damage.We also contacted the company to notify them of damage to other furniture while we had it, and I told them it would only get worse. We opted not to have it replaced since we werent going to need it much longer. It did get worse and we were held responsible for that damage. I should have at the outset got a replacement for this item as well.The point is, if you go with this company, dont accept anything that is damaged, and at the first sign of wear have it replaced.

I used Temporary VIP Suites service for my repatriation temporary accommodation. The service this company provide is not flexible at all. The lease term must be ended at the end of the month. Because my localization company gave me Temporary VIP Suites as the only choice for temporary housing provider, I had to accept the terms and use its service.That was not the worst of all. The lease was a fix period lease which is not supposed to be automatically renewed. It does have a paragraph about a 30 days vacant notice, where it does not state the penalty of a delayed notice. As I interpreted the lease as a fixed period lease, I forgot to send out the vacant notice. As a result, Temporary VIP SUITES automatically renewed my lease and charged me for an additional month of lease ($2600 for 30 days for a 1000 sqft apartment). Obviously the lease was not written by a lawyer and is up for interpretation. There was no warning or reminder whatsoever about the vacant notice requirement, even though the vendor knew the lease term move out date.I recommend anyone who look for a temporary housing solution to avoid this vendor.Chihang
