Scam. They did an intake call with me, took my money, then never called back to schedule my actual evaluation. I called them a few times for updates, but was always told someone would call me back. Fairly confident this is a fake business. Beware.

Never received a call back on the next step in evaluating my daughter. My appt was a month and a half ago and they were supposed to work with my insurance company to get medical necessity approval. I had to follow up several times with them to see if they sent the info to my insurance company. It took them almost 3 weeks to do this. I called my insurance company this week (now being almost 3 weeks after the last date they said they submitted) and my insurance company still has no record. I keep getting the run around from Sollars and Associates. Finally, a Plan Advisor from my insurance tried reaching out to the office three times and left a message and no one will call her back. I will no longer have my daughter go to this place. Sad that mental health is such a major thing these days and it is so difficult to find adequate help.Update: they even billed me for a visit that didnt have any follow through. What a nice waste of money! Thankfully, it wasnt a lot...but still, beware new patients!!

My exp with Ariana Moreno has been a life changing experience! She has helped me in many ways to continue to grow such as ( Thought record, Mindfulness, Feelings and Emotions, Dealing with TRAUMA, coping mechanisms) just to name a few! She is tremendously talented! Ariana is very insightful, intuitive, wise, great a talking through things to DERIVE to solutions, positive, dependable, honest and trustworthy, she is dedicated, responsive, available, very positive, has great compassion, excellent listener, very passionate, she is knowledgeable in many areas. Ariana Moreno is a true joy and I never imagined that I would get these type of results! Ariana Moreno is truly a joy to work with and I would highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing therapist that can get you results! Lastly she is very easy to talk to and has a way about her of making you feel important!!!

Terrible experience with them particularly with billing & overall communication. In my particular case, I spoke with someone on 10/30 regarding a billing error which stemmed from a counselor’s scheduling error, and they said they would call me back within 2 business days. They did not. I called back and left messages about 4-5 times since then with zero communication back from them. I finally received a call back on 11/20. Overall, waste of my time and money. Do not recommend the hassle at all. The care provided was mediocre at best.

Frustrated doesnt even begin to describe how irritated I am. When I called to make my son an appointment for testing for autism they assured me that they were approved to do the testing for him. The staff was wonderful, which is why Im giving three stars. The woman who did the test was so kind and thoughtful toward my son. My son enjoyed playing at the office every time we visited. However, they are NOT an approved AAEC center. Kindness doesnt change the fact I wasted a few hundred dollars on a test that does nothing for me. When I went to get my son into ABA therapy, we were informed that we will need to get into an accredited center, which I thought I had. Unfortunately, I am now again needing to spend more money on yet another test.... Which I just dont have. Again, frustrated doesnt begin to describe how Im feeling with this place...

HORRIBLE!!!! Saw them in August for weight loss surgery evaluation. Been calling for 3 weeks, left 14 messages and nobody has called back. I’m now in the process of turning my paperwork in for an approval. Because their lack of response, I’m forced to have it done again somewhere else. STUPID AND RIDICULOUS
