Even if there are problems on an assignment, you dont have to be NASTY in addressing them. I too was once a Staffing Coordinator/ Recruiter/ Onboarding Specialist whatever the title, I always treated everyone with dignity and respect something Leze clearly lacks. Stick to the issue(s) at hand. She set the tone for a VERY unpleasant conversation.. But it needed to be addressed.Unfortunately, because of her management style (or lack there of), I had to remove a couple stars.____________________________________________I was initially contacted by Stephanie for a Talent Acquisition position. We played phone tag roughly 2-3 days as I was out of town and not able to speak with her right away. During that time she was very patient and always professional. I interviewed with her client, they offered me the position. During the onboarding we faced a challenge as I had barriers to my employment. Stephanie addressed (advocated) this with her client very quickly. In the end I was still offered the position.My first week on assignment, Sara came to visit with a Swag Bag full of Entech goodies. Completely unprofessional.

This is my first time in my life working with a temp service in my experience Ive heard nothing but horrible reviews about other temp services throughout Metro Detroit, thats not the story here at Entech from the moment of first contact with Hunter for a position that was only two nights a week there has been nothing but great communication, professional attitude, even during the pandemic with critical records being hard to obtain entech has been very patient and helpful by giving me the opportunity to obtain certain records I needed to verify employment. Since coming on board Hunter has been very helpful in securing days for me to work I went from two days a week so now Im 6 days a week at a great location with good pay. I really enjoy working with this company I get the feeling that if somehow they dont have Associates to send out you will see one of the recruiters at that location because they care about their clients as well as they care about the employees they send out.

Completely dissatisfied with the way I was treated and the way I was terminated after told to come back to work today. Allison is very unethical and doesn’t deserve to work with people because she’s definitely not a people’s person. Kathy was useful and understanding. I was told to go back into work today...as I did, and then I get to work at the macomb county clinic and I felt that they should know that I was sick and had taken a COVID test yesterday. Of course, they sent me home because who wants someone who has all the symptoms of COVID to come into work.? I felt like they should know....so TINA the scheduler called me today and told me basically because I told them I was sick that they came up with a agreement that I should just not return to this assignment because I had to be out for 10 days per macomb staff for the COVID test....that hasn’t even came back yet. I feel like calling off 2days then your fired is so wrong. I haven’t called off since January prior to March 15th. I just feel like I was wrongly terminated so I have actually got myself a lawyer who will be looking into this matter further. I wouldn’t recommend this staffing agency to anyone after this.
