I just bought a house in June and it had several things that needed to be addressed. I decided to have Rebath do my bathroom and it was a great decision. Communication was amazing during this time, and once restrictions were lifted, my remodel was done quickly and efficiently by Adam. I had my bathroom remodeled last week and I can tell you how incredibly pleased I am. The installer, “Cap” as he is called, was very conscientious in his wall installation and so precise making sure all the lines were matched, grouting impeccably done. I really have to look very hard to find the grout work. The vanity and top are super. You were able to transform a 30 year old bathroom in a 90 year old home into a gorgeous bathroom to be proud of in 2021! Thank you all at ReBath and especially thank you Cap!!

Well, I need to start this review by thanking Lowes for putting me in touch with Re-Bath.What a treasure this company is! They are in my phonebook for anybody that either needs or wants a new bathroom. From my first communication with these caring professionals, I felt like my situation and needs mattered to actual human beings that know stuff and not some never ending chain of people working from home with little knowledge or information.My salesman was right on time, didnt try to oversell me a single thing. He was practical & compassionate.My 47 year old sons heart dissected itself in January, had an allergic reaction to medication, and lost his left leg & right foot. We needed a bathroom able to accommodate his wheelchair and the tub removed with a zero entry shower.This translated into such an amazing customer service experience, its breathtaking.Cindy treated us like family, making sure the remodel was done in a short amount of time, so we could get my son out of the nursing home, he had been stuck in until May. Melissa should be training everybody that answers a telephone and works with customers at any office.The office staff are cheerful, courteous, and anxious to help with all of it.Then came Adam. Our installer, that I seriously would love to adopt, or at the very least, meet the parents that raised this charming and hard working guy. He never stops and never slows down. He has a work ethic that is like something from a generation ago.After he demolished the tub there was not one speck of dust or any evidence that one had been there. Everyday he was on time, cheerful, and a pleasure to have in our tiny condo.I would never hesitate for a moment to recommend Re-Bath to anybody at all. Weve used Re-Bath in Arizona with positive results so it was our first choice when needing help with our bath remodel in Michigan, again with the look we were wanting. Cindy was very helpful and knowledgeable with ideas and suggestions. Our installer, Jake did a great job even down to the finishing touches that we didnt notice.

Since I have had two knee replacements I wanted to replace my tub/shower with a walk-in shower. With Covid it took a little longer for the project to begin but it was well worth the wait. Adam did a tremendous job and he was so helpful answering my questions and explaining what he was going to do. I am happy with the results and would recommend Re-Bath for your remodeling needs.

My experience with Re-Bath was good. During 2020 we all had to endure the loss of friends and family. We also had to endure being locked down at our homes, not able to have human connection with those we love. But through all of that, Re-Bath did a good job giving us updates on when they could start our remodel. Although it take longer than expected, they did a great job. The installers were professional and helpful. We are satisfied and as long as my wife loves it, Im happy.

I have yet to make a decision on a company to do my bathroom remodel. I am still doing my research but I find it interesting to see a lot of these positive reviews are 2-months old (a bit suspect) that so many people got their bathrooms/tubs/showers redone within the past 2 months. If the sales tactics are such as has been noted in some of the other comments, not sure if this company is the best choice for me.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of companies that I had to choose from but luckily I made the right decision. From the moment I called to to the first shower Re-Bath made the whole process smooth. The design consultant Jerry helped me design the bathroom I have been hoping for, The office staff was great keeping me updated through the whole process (Especially in this crazy time), and the installer Matt installed a flawless bathroom. This summer I intend on having them do my guest bathroom.

Covid slowed down install but we are very happy with the final outcome. Install team was excellent, courteous, cleaned after workday, great communication. Would definitely use again.

We love our Rebath master bath remodel! Working with Cindy and her team was just wonderful! They were so helpful with the design and products. ReBath did an EXCELLENT JOB remodeling my ENTIRE BATHROOM. And when I say entire, I mean EVERYTHING, the walls, the floor, the ceiling, etc. I absolutely love how every selection that I chose came together in the end. My project took 5 days and the guys were great about making sure that the necessary functions (toilet, sink/bathtub/shower) were useable before they left for the day seeing as though it was our only bathroom. I absolutely love that the workers had common sense, as its rare to deal with people who have it these days. Adam, the worker who headed up our project, was WONDERFUL!!! On the very first day that he arrived, within 10 minutes he came up with a plan to work out the dilemma of an unusually curvy area of our bathroom that baffled both Chris and Cindy. I was and still am TRULY DELIGHTED with his insight, as it was the exact plan that I visualized in my own head and it turned out PERFECTLY!!!! My bathroom was completed this past Friday and Ive recommended the company to several of my friends and its only Monday. I think its safe to say Im most definitely a satisfied customer.

I have had a remodel done to my bathroom. It was to accomodate a handicapped child in the home. Not only did they surpass our requests; but also enhanced the area with their suggestions. Matt was outstanding; and I felt comfortable enough to leave him in my home!!!!!Matt was professional and courteous and clean. In December 2019, Rebath began the first phase of my bathroom renovation with a tub to shower conversion. I loved the results and it was so easy to work with them. In January 2021, Rebath completed the second phase which included new flooring, new vanity/sink/countertop, new toilet, new wall covering, new medicine cabinet, new lighting and new towel racks/toilet paper holder. The entire project was completed in four days.I originally went to their showroom and was thoroughly sold on the idea that they purchase everything after consulting with me on what I wanted. The only thing I had to do was make decisions in the comfort of my home and pay the bill. The shower/wall coverings are designed for easy cleaning (no grout to clean) and yet look like tiles. They have many designs to choose from and come to your home to help you make your choices. The installers are friendly, talented and use each other to help problem solve. With this large of a renovation there are always issues that arise. They resolved the issues after consulting with me to make sure I was happy with the plan. Cindy, the owner, even came to my home one day to consult with the installer and to make sure I understood how they were going to complete the installation!I love my new bathroom & would gladly work with Rebath again!

My shower was in much need of being re-caulked. I decided I would rather have the shower re-done rather then re-caulked so I contacted Re-Bath. I was so pleased with what they had to offer I immediately decided I wanted them to do my bathroom. I not only had my shower done I decided to do my bathroom floor. I was amazed as how they just put the flooring over my bathroom tile and how beautiful it looked. I could not be more pleased with the final results. I have gotten so many compliments on my bathroom. It is so clean and up to date looking. I would highly recommend Re-Bath. If you are in the area you should stop in to see some of their work. They are now open.

Our experience with Re-Bath was excellent. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The owner is very hands on: she called us directly to set a time for our appointment.Our installer was friendly and efficient. He arrived on time both days he was in our home and worked straight through not even taking time for a lunch break. Yet, any questions we had he would take the time to patiently answer.The finished product looks wonderful and we couldnt be happier.

I too was confused by the price. The bathroom to be re done is 5x7, the cost was $10,600 for just the shower enclosure, hardware, and curtain rod, not a shower door...a curtain rod. When I asked for the ceiling above the shower, that was another $600, I asked what about a shower stall, he told me it would be the same price as the full wall, I wanted mosaic to be added into the design that was another $600, I asked for a 5x5 section of flooring that was between $1750 & $2200. He was kind enough to apply $1000 credit & would give a few days to decide & still give me the $1000. Hah, the discount was on their website. Even with the discount it still would have been between $13,500 & $18,000. This price did not include vanity, toilet, ceiling vent fan.Needless to say an hour after the salesperson left I called and told him the price was way over what we wanted to spend.All for a 5x7 bathroom. Well do research, dont let anyone take advantage of you, good luck. Just to add to the ReBath comment. Why would I contact you a second time? You cant even do the job I want done no matter how expensive. You are contracted through Home Depot & cant do what I want, so no I wont be call you again!!

Very impressed by the workers who came to the home. EXTREMELY hard working. Very professional. Wore their masks. They worked straight through the entire day without even taking a lunch break. They did a fantastic job. Both were wonderful. Alexs work ethic is Insane! Please give him recognition as he is definitely an exceptional worker..which is very hard to come by...and doing crucial work in peoples homes. I couldnt be happier. Every person i worked with was friendly, professional & polite with a positive attitude. My bath was done in a day! It turned out beautifully. Re-Bath was excellent in keeping us up to date with the status of the work order and appointment times. We are very happy with our new bathroom and will definitely recommend Re-Bath. Even during this time of COVID-19 awareness, we felt safe with the workers in our home. They always wore a mask and kept a polite and appropriate social distance. The workers did not leave without making certain that we were completely satisfied with our new bathroom. And we are satisfied!

If you are elderly or dont know anything about bathroom materials, I suggest you do your research before selecting this (or any) company. We got a quote to replace our tub and surround. The people at the office were incredibly pleasant, and then there was the salesman. I explained to him that I work in building materials and very closely with sales in hopes he wouldnt try to pull any gimmicks. I was quoted $13,500 for JUST the acrylic tub and surround, plus install and obviously anything else that would need replaced (valves, greenboard/blueboard, etc.). This was for a plain white tub, nothing special. I was then told that if I signed today, the price would be $11,500, a $2,000 difference that they have clearly built in just to make it look like youre getting a deal. We also played a little game where if I guessed the price, hed knock another $200-$300 off of that. This is a tactic that salesmen use with those who dont know much about what they are trying to get done. They touted that they make their own acrylic items, and when we said we were hoping for around $7,500, the salesman said twice oh, thats Bath Fitter, as in that is the price wed get for only doing a tub liner. Guess what? After this appointment I called Bath Fitter, and they also make their own acrylic items. We have signed on to get our tub and surround done (not a liner), and got to choose a gorgeous 6x22 faux tile, for....you guessed it, around $7,500. I wont say that this price still isnt high, it is, but thats what youll pay for labor, materials, and having it all done in 1 day or 2. I cant say that Re-Bath isnt a good company, but I can say that they are likely taking advantage and making a killing off of those prices. Also, interesting to note that Bath Fitters sales reps, at least in this area, are non-commission. Hope this helps someone in the future.

I had my kitchen done last year and it took over 2 weeks before I could actually use it. Your installers made my bathroom accessible to me every night during the ONLY THREE DAYS it took to completely remodel the whole bathroom including a new shower, walls, floor, vanity and medicine cabinet!! I really liked the quickness of getting back with us once we decided to get an estimate. We liked the azalea person, he didnt pressure us for more than what we wanted. They said it would take 8 to12 weeks to process the order but it was done in about a month. The guys that installed the shower were on time even a little early. We recently had our bathroom done by Re-bath and I want to start by saying Re-bath did an AMAZING job!!! The quality of the material cannot be matched, the customer service was amazing, the installer was outstanding and our bathroom is nothing short of a masterpiece. My husband is a do it yourself guy and was hesitant to have someone else come to do our bathroom. That being said my husband could not be happier with the experience from the time the sales person came out to the installation of our bathroom. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they had answers to all of my husbands questions, walked us through the design processes and made us feel like we were the most important customer they had. After researching several companies we decided to give Re-bath a try and we are so happy we did. They made the experience of a major renovation hassle free and the best part is it was done in two days! Which made us both happy, now my husband has time for other projects around the house and I have a fully completed bathroom that I am proud to show off to my family and friends. Sales rep explained everything fully and was available for our questions. There was some miscommunication between the Re-Bath team after the order was placed and the drawers were not made as requested. Also, sink stoppers were not connected and towel hooks were not installed during the installation. A follow-up visit to correct these issues was promised. It has been more than 10 weeks since our initial installation and we are still waiting for these issues to be corrected. Other than that, we are pleased with the product and installation. The Re-Bath of Troy showroom staff were helpful. Joe worked long hours every day. He was professional, detail-oriented, and a high-quality worker. He could have used a helper. He completed the whole job by himself with only an occasional check in from his foreman. He has a strong work ethic. We are happy with the quality of the job, and would recommend Re-Bath of Troy.

First of all, we are returning customers, 14 years ago they did our bathroom and Cindy and staff knocked it out of the park. We would still have it if not for medical reasons. This time we thought we would shop around, we did not very impressed,it had to be right. We called and set up an appointment, no pressure and loved what we saw. We then went to the showroom on Maple Road, met with Cindy again, who had some great ideas and knew what we were dealing with. We then signed up. Cindy and Megan kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way, since we did have a few unique features.Frank, lead installer, and Alex showed up on time, very pleasant, professional and neat. When it was time for the grab bars to be installed, Frank got me on the shower seat and proceeded to take the time to put them where I needed them. That was so important. My first shower was so nice I almost ran out of hot water. I find myself almost every day announcing to my wife I love our bathroom .If you are considering remodeling your bathroom, you need to consider Re - Bath of Troy.

I’d like to thank the whole staff for everything. The process was simple for us. The hardest part was to decide on the colors we wanted. Waiting was hard because we were so anxious. Everything was complete in one day. The installers were very respectful of our home too. Every one of these five stars were earned.

I got my bathroom renovation done recently. The installer, Kyle did a great job on this project. I love my new bathroom. Everyone in Rebath are very friendly. Megan always responded to me very soon when I asked her some questions. However, you need a little patience for waiting. It took about 3 months to get this renovation started.

I had my bathroom done by Re-Bath about two weeks ago and all I can say is WOW. My experience was nothing short of spectacular from when I first walked into the showroom to present. The whole Re-Bath team was so accommodating and made me feel taken care of at every step of the process. Remodeling a major room in your house is a scary experience and they could not have made me any more comfortable and taken care of! Cindy in the office was very informative and helped me feel at ease the whole way. She was ALWAYS available. Next, the design consultant was very helpful. They helped me turn the bathroom into what I was thinking. Lastly, the installer Joe was a true professional and had extreme attention to detail. He took such good care of my home throughout the installation process. When he left, it was cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone, even my family (which I actually did and my sister is getting her bathroom done soon)!

We had our new walk in shower installed October 2018. The installers arrived on time. Upon entering the home they put floor protectors over their shoes as well as laying a heavy painters cloth from the front door to the bathroom. It took approximately 9 hours to complete the bath tub removal and install the shower. The bathroom was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. The men were courteous, professional and a pleasure to have on our home that day.Our shower doors arrived at the warehouse late afternoon on the day of installation. The next day they were at the house and had the doors installed in 30 minutes. Again they went through the same process of protecting the floors. Again, polite and professional.All of the women we spoke with in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable .It is just a great company.I highly recommend Re-Bath for any project you are considering for your bathroom.

I was very impressed with the product that rebath has. We had our bath tub changed to a beautiful shower. That was almost 2 years ago. The shower door had slipped on the tract recently and they sent out one of the workmen and he did a fantastic job. The repairman was professional and efficient. I would recommend you call and go see the products that rebath has to offer. You wont be disappointed.

The finished shower looks incredible. So far no problems with anything. The person who installed the shower was friendly and courteous and careful not make or leave a mess. It was done on the day originally promised and it was finished the same day. Great Service and Quality!

I am very happy I teamed up with Re-Bath to upgrade my upstairs full bathroom. The staff was great to work with, and the construction was done in 2 days (with a great cleanup job during the process!) I highly recommend and would use them again.

I wanted to upgrade my bathroom for 3 year. I knew it would cost a good amount of course its a remodel. Re-Bath had the lowest quote for what I wanted. The rep came to my home on time to speak to me. They were patient with me on getting a financing together. They kept in touch with me while my order was processing. I even had a slight hiccup in and financing at the last minute and they were able to work with me. Matt showed up on time to do the work and he was nice and polite. It took him all day by himself in the rain and he did a phenomenal job. Dawn was great and Cindy was great. So glad I went with this company. My kids love it! None of us usually take baths just showers and my youngest daughter couldnt wait to take a bath. Thanks Re-Bath.

We had Re-Bath redo 2 bathrooms in our home. We wanted white tile, shower and bathtub. We have very rusty well water and were afraid that everything would be orange from the water very quickly.But Laurie assured us that if we used any of the approved cleaning products we would be fine. Well after 7 years our bathrooms are as sparkling bright white as the day they were installed! Thank Re-Bath!

Re Bath of Troy did a complete shower installation in my bathroom and they did a fantastic job. The work was done over a month ago and they did everything in one day. Cindy did a follow up call to make sure that I was happy with the install and that everything was working properly. Installers arrived promptly as expected and finished late afternoon. Very satisfied with the shower remodel.

Update--its been 2 years since Re-Bath replaced our tub/shower with walk-in shower. The walk-in still looks great and like new. Very satisfied:I solicited bids to replace our tub/shower with a walk-in shower, shelves, upgraded grab bars, magnetic shower head and faucets. Re-Bath of Troy, MI easily won the bid with its overall design and pricing. Six weeks after signing a go-ahead contract, Re-Bath was onsite and completed the job in one day. The installer was on-time, worked steadily for almost 8 hours and did a super job. His work was not only outstanding, the bathroom looks great and when he left was clean and ready to use. I highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone considering an upgrade to his/her bathroom.

Rebath is a large corporation, which is nice because they have an excellent product. With large corporations smaller projects usually get put on the back burner. However, with this locally family owned business, I felt like my project was their only project. They provide personal customer service. They always had an answer to every question that I had and right away too! If you are looking for personal customer service and an amazing product... call Rebath in Troy, you won’t be disappointed!

Contracted with Re-bath on 12/4/2018. Mid-January to early February was the promised time for the install of the new bathtub and surround.Then after the initial confirmation email from the company, dead silence. Communication was limited to the occasional response to my emails.Promises of an install date were constantly pushed back for various reasons which when questioned, were excused by its in your contract.Finally after 15 weeks, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Suddenly the material was available and there was an install date! Interesting the timing of that I think.They did discount the cost by $100.00, although it was NOT worth the aggravation we experienced.Would I recommend Re-bath? Not a chance.Would I do business with them again? Absolutely NOT!At this point I am just hoping that nothing goes wrong with the work they did, since I am sure that getting warentee work done would be another absolute nightmare.

This is the second bathroom remodel I have purchased from re-bath and it is spectacular. Gone is my 1970 bath and in its place is a beautiful updated masterpiece. The designers were wonderful in helping me design a bath that was wheelchair friendly with plenty of grab bars and carefully placed shelves in insure my 84 year old mothers safety.The installers are master craftsmen and the renovation took just a few hours. They were especially compassionate and patient with my mother who has dementia and is frightened of strangers.They were very polite and respectful and didnt make a mess leaving the house cleaner than they found it.The bathroom looks stylish and contemporary. It is highly functional and safe without that nursing home look. I highly recommend this company

They did a great job for me. The materials are top quality and look great. I got a new tub, tub surround, plumbing fixtures and flooring. They also repaired the subfloor which had water damage. I am very happy. I was advised when I signed up for the work that there was an eight to ten week wait for installation which was true but once they got here the work was completed in two days and I could take a shower the next morning, Yippee!

My husband and I did a tour of the Rebath facility on 15 Mile Rd back in 2013 before we moved. Once we moved, we had them out to redo the tub and walls along with the sink in the bathroom (our only bathroom). The young man was here all day til the job was finished and he did a great job!!! It has been just over 4 years now and I love the work that was done. Our bathroom is very small and that improvement was a great investment.
