Got the free cut for first time - upgraded to MVP for free. Now, Im that guy who would never pay for someone to wash my own hair, however, theyve not just earned a new customer....theyve earned a new customer that will prolly pay for that upgraded therapeutic, hair wash, hot towel, shoulder rub experience.Hair cut was perfectly fine (I have easy hair) but a good hair cut is a good haircut!

The wait is VERY long, the only person working there spends 30 minutes per person. Not worth the wait and the money. Great Clips is across the street, same haircut, cheaper and faster.

Karen was my stylist today, haircut is done well. I visited for the first time had a free coupon, stylist was friendly, professional and understood my haircut requirements. Store ambience was good and cleanly maintained. Tried new tea tree gel, would suggest to give a complimentary warm towel for first time visitor.Also, there was one more employee who vacuumed the fallen hair, she also helped in maintaining cleanliness of the place.Will visit again for my next haircut.

Rafi did an excellent job! I really appreciated him explaining the haircut as he went, showing how it *should* be done, and giving me tips on how to preserve the haircut for the future. 10/10. Im from out of town, but if I lived nearby Id go to this SportClips and ask for Rafi every time.

Had the pleasure of receiving one of the best cuts I’ve had from Nick. I’ll be entrusting my hair to him from here on out. I’ve gotten so used to in and out experiences having Nick take the time to show me new ways to style my hair with what actually works with my hair was so refreshing. Such an awesome experience.

Very rude barber. I’m sure the other staff are nice based on the other reviews but the one I got was horrible. My first (and last) visit to sports clip was not the best experience. I tried to explain to my barber what I wanted and she kept cutting me off saying “yea I know what that is” or “yea I know what a fade is”... I wasn’t even trying to question her knowledge I was literally just trying to explain to her what I wanted. Overall a horrible experience. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location

Had an amazing time with Rafi. Hes an extremely good stylist and helped me get the products I needed without pushing anything extra on me. Hes the real MVP

Had one of the free coupons, normally my Son’s Fav is LevelZ in Sterling Heights . Thought of trying different Salon because of free Coupon. My Son prefer stylish haircut and was not happy with the hair cut as he didn’t get anywhere near to the style he preferred and showed to stylist.Pros : Good location, good Ambience, kind and respectful employeesCons : Missing talent when it comes to stylish haircuts. Priced to level of specialist barbershops however quality of haircut is more comparable to low priced chains like Great Clips.One thing like to mention is that we were offered warm towel and shoulder massage which I denied thinking it’s extra price, later learned it was complimentary for first time visitors which I believe stylist may have forgotten to mention .

One of the best haircuts I got from Karen! My first experience with Sport Clips. I had one of those free haircut coupons that had me try a new salon. The check in and waitlist system has a lot of scope for improvement, first with a better estimate of wait time and second with not deleting the names on the waitlist. When I checked in, the wait time showed zero minutes but I had to wait 15-20 minutes. When it was my turn, my name suddenly disappeared from the list and 2 gentlemen behind me on the waitlist got their haircuts started. Karen realized my name had disappeared and by the time she could recover the situation, I had lost 10 minutes more and some patience.Karen handled it well. She was very professional with the haircut. I was so happy with my haircut that this review became a 5 star again instead of 3 star.
