Ive been going to Troy Auto Fix for years. Andy and his team are always very professional and friendly and they dont charge anywhere near as much as other auto repair shops. Theyve helped me out with my car on numerous occasions, even when it needed major repairs and replacements. Theyre very honest and straightforward and will tell you everything thats going on with the work and with what needs to be fixed.They have GREAT PRICES for parts and labor and they work REALLY quickly! Theyre usually able to get parts and repairs in the same day you bring your vehicle in.An oil change here is VERY INEXPENSIVE and they do free vehicle inspections. So even if you just need an oil change or you just want to know if your car has any issues, this is the place to go.I do a lot of driving so I take my car here anytime that I need a repair or whenever I have any concerns about my car. I bring it in regularly a few times a year for an oil change and a check up. I always leave feeling better and confident that Im able to get back out on the road with no worries.I recommend Troy Auto Fix to everybody.Dont go anywhere else! Take your car here first!

I went there an accident I was look to go to the tire shop and when I went from the back door and I asked the owner I have a order of tires to pick up he was really angry and he told me you cannot come from the back door or you get shoot I cant believe there is business treat people like this and Im not even a customer I went there by mistakes the worst person I ever saw

Andy is a great manager and the mechanics. He always gives great advice with servicing your care. The mechanics really take care of your with integrity and with diligence. You can not go to a better auto repair shop than the team here.

Andy is wonderful. My alternator died right in the road and I walked over to him and he let me borrow a jump pack to get it started and off the road and most importantly to safety. Tested it for free just to make sure that was the problem. Giving me a quote for anything was the last thing on his mind as this was AFTER CLOSE around 530pm. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

My experience at Troy Auto Fix was excellent ! I met Andy the manager and Steve the mechanic who does excellent work. I brought my truck in to be serviced, as I prepared myself for another run around like the other mechanics from before, I was relieved of all anxiety when Andy explained to me what the problem could be with my truck . Turns out that was the problem and he could have it fixed within the hour. The prices are fair and the hospitality was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend Troy Auto Fix as the number one shop to go to for all of your automotive needs. If they cant fix your automotive problem, they will tell you and not waste your time like other shops that try and raise their prices taking advantage of the customer. I took my vechicle in for an electrical diagnosis. I had the honor of working with Andy and Steve. After getting the run around from other repair shops, they were very helpful and honest. I prepared myself for a very expensive bill when the work was complete, but to my surprise; the work was complete very very reasonable. Not only was the price excellent but they treat you with respect and and are passionate about their work. They have gained a loyal customer and I recommend this shop to anyone.

Ive been to this place a few times and the quality of their work has always been excellent. The manager Andy gave me a 6 month labor warranty when I got my turbo replaced and he actually fixed my turbo for free of cost when it went out again, even though it was the part that was faulty. Would definitely recommend them to everyone else.

I cant say enough about the excellent customer service and how timely they got everything fixed. I had some issues with my Nissan Altima and had a previous shop do an inspection on. They said that I would have to take apart the transmission to get a closer look. From what it seems I wasnt confident that was what it was needed so I took it to Andy at Troy Auto Fix for a second opinion. Im so glad I did because it ended up only being a end link and battery that needed to be replaced. Literally took under 90mins in total for him to figure out the problem, find the parts, and install. Im definitely going back to Andy and Troy Auto Fix. Super nice guys who do quality work. I cant say that for a lot of places.
