Great prices honest and Mark cares about his customers which is awesome. I recommended this shop on many levels. I have not had a bad experience in 4 yrs now as he is the only mechanic who works on our 4 cars in the family.

Generally not want to put reviews for auto mechanics but Haithem is a complete exception! Extremely thorough, doesnt matter what time of day it is, hell ensure that you get the grandest value to your vehicle! Have referred many individuals to him and not one frowning face. These one star reviews clearly are individuals more than likely that are just too poor & cheap to be able to pay for quality which Haithem exemplifies! Highly recommend for anybody to go there! Truthfully a one-man machine. Therefore if something doesnt go right because nobodys perfect, he has nobody to blame but himself. The choice is yours!

I was looking for a car, and my daughter told me to look on Facebook. I had never looked on Facebook before for any items I may have needed. But I took her advice and started looking On Facebook for a car. A typed in what I was looking for and within 5 minutes, I found one. I came across I think it was Cargurus and within CarGurus there was Metro Car Company. I called the guy to come look at it And although they were closed he invited me to come the next day which was Saturday. I told him I hate looking for cars. There so many to look at and Didnt want a car with high mileage but I didnt wanna pay too much. The Van I was looking at was perfect he negotiated a fair price with me. I took it for a test drive and loved it. And although his computer system head went down he allowed me to drive it home and come back Monday to finish the sale. When I was driving it I notice the tires needed to be rotated it need an alignment and an oil change. Upon showing the guy that it needed an oil change she said it was fine. So I let it go and they fixed the tire rotation and the alignment when I was there Monday finishing the sale. And forgot about the oil change. So I called them To ask if they had done an oil change previous to putting it up for sale. They said no and they would be happy to do it, if I brought it in. I was so very thankful that they fixed those things that I noticed need care, on the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the way they handled business and I am a very happy customer. This far everything seems to be operating great. I do recommend Metro Car Company.

About a year ago my wrx had some bad coolant and power steering leaks. I brought it here since its a quarter mile away from where i live. They said theyd start right away (which seemed odd, since parts usually need to be ordered) snd it should be done soon. I then saw at the time this had 1.1 stars. I ran like hell through a foot of snow here. Usian bolt dont have s*** on that run. The flash would of looked like that fat kid in gym who walked the mile. The 3 stars is for giving me my keys back

Hack shop owned by a couple of arabs that uses cheap parts from AutoZone and do a horrible job at providing customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs.
