I would highly recommend Varsity Limousine. We hired Varsity for a party bus on our wedding day. Jerry was great to work with and his communication throughout our whole booking to event day process was superb - there was never a point where I felt like I was unsure of what was going on. Although we rain into a bit of an issue the day before our wedding (issues that were out of the companys control), Jerry brought the matter to our attention immediately and was extremely accommodating, fixing the issue without hesitation. Their main priority is the customer and providing the best service - which I rate a 10/10. If there is any company to trust with a big day and executing well, Jerry and Varsity Limousine is the best choice. Will certainly go with the company again in the future!

I am a repeat customer of Varsity Limo. I used their services for both my daughters’ senior proms. 2018 and 2021. To begin with, I was very happy with the level of communication from the company. Jerry contacted me for planning information, clarifications, and kept me updated even on the date of the events. Party buses were clean and well maintained. I had no worries regarding safety and quality of the vehicles. In 2018, we reserved the largest one and this year we reserved the one called “freshman” which was their smaller bus. Both times, the kids were very comfortable. Drivers were also communicative and very professional and arrived early. A very stress free experience, which is very important to me.

We used Varsity for 3 different events over our daughters wedding weekend and the service was excellent. The buses were clean and high quality and the drivers were always on time and easy to work with. They also put a lot of thought into the services I needed. For example to help transport the grandparents, they suggested a smaller bus that was easier to get in and out of and the driver (Les) was very helpful and courteous. We also had Tom, Al and Amir (spelling?) and they were excellent as well. We had a lot going on that weekend and it was great to know that we had a reliable company helping us out!

Jerry was amazing to work with. He was extremely accommodating when making a schedule and for any last minute changes. They were able to drive the whole bridal party and provide a nice shuttle service for wedding guests to and from the hotel.The limo was very clean and nice. The blue tooth was easy to connect to and the sound system was great. They provided several bags of ice in the coolers to keep drinks cold and even rolled out a red carpet when people were getting on the bus, a very nice touch.The driver did an excellent job and kept the ride smooth. In between stops, he cleaned up any trash that was left behind and made everything easy. We will definitely be using Varsity Limousine in the future and recommend them for anyones wedding.

Jerry was very easy to work with and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other limo companies I quoted. The limo was very clean, updated, and everything was fully functional (I have been on a couple limos where Bluetooth didn’t work).Our driver Al was about the nicest man you could meet. We contracted Varsity Limo for transportation for our wedding earlier this month. The party bus was supposed to arrive at 3:00... it didn’t arrive until 4:45PM. OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE, leaving us and our entire bridal party stranded at the church, in the cold rain! We were told the delay was due to “traffic”. Not only did this cause extreme frustration, but we were unable to go to our desired photo destination, due to the delay.But wait, there’s more....The bus was advertised to hold 24 passengers, the owner said it would comfortably fit 20. It didn’t even fit 18 of us, one of our groomsman had to sit on a cooler.Additionally, we were promised champagne, but there was none. The speakers were blown out. And to top it all off, the metal vent cover fell down during our ride and hit the groom in the head!The driver, nor the owner, seemed empathetic or apologetic. They did give us a discount, but only after several frantic phone calls were made by bridal party and myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning an important event, as this whole ordeal put a huge damper on our wedding day.

50th Birthday Party! We had a wonderful time with Al as our driver. We went around town and did random acts of kindness. So much fun. The party bus was all set up for fun. Ice, napkins, Champagne glasses. We were able to easily plug our phones in to the sound system and play our music. We all could charge our phones throughout the night, perfect! Called to get a quote for a bus for my wedding. The owner, Jerry, was rude and not helpful. He answered the phone while he was driving and couldnt even remember his own prices that he had previously quoted me. His contract is also very one sided and does not refund the customer for any violations on his part, such as being late. He said he does not take blame for being late to pick up customers, even though you pay for this service hourly.

Varsity limousine service is superb. We had them scheduled to drive our bridal party around for first look, to the church, etc. on wedding day. In the last few weeks of wedding planning, we still needed to arrange a ride for my wife and I to our hotel at the end of the night. Despite extremely high utilization of drivers & vehicles, Jerry found a way to accommodate us. The drivers are excellent and the vehicles are first class. I can tell you first hand that the drivers have integrity because I had a personal mix up on how much I tipped my driver at the end of the evening but Jerry made sure everything was taken care of. We had a wonderful experience booking our bus for our wedding. Jerry was great to work with and paid great attention to detail. Our only complaint would be the music on the bus. In order to play music, you have to connect your Bluetooth to a FM converter. This was great on the ride there, but on the ride back there were multiple people who had previously connected to the Bluetooth, and therefore no one could play music. It said one persons phone was connected, but when they tried to play music, nothing happened. Then we would try to connect someone elses phone, but they couldnt play music either. At the end of the night we ended up on a half hour bus ride listening to a static-filled radio station (even our normal local stations were filled with static). Turned into quite the buzz kill.

They loved the Freshman Party Bus & all its features (awesome Bluetooth-enabled stereo, fun lights they could control, everything about it)! I was a lucky winner of a drawing from a charity golf outing that I purchased tickets from. My package that I won included a limo ride, helicopter ride and dinner for two at Merlots Restaurant. So, I scheduled the limo with Jerry and we were picked up at out home by Al in a beautiful Mercedes Limo Bus. Al drove us to the airport to catch our helicopter ride and when we were signing in the pilot asked if we wanted Al to join us and we said sure there was room enough for 4 people so he had a front seat view and I know he enjoyed it as much as we did. After Al drove us to the restaurant and then home. Great night, wonderful ride and great memories with Al.

After booking our bus with Jerry, Jose called us prior to the event to discuss the plan and address any concerns. Day of, he arrived early with an immaculate bus and a wonderful disposition. He didnt overlook a single detail and even spruced up the bus between every stop for us. Each time we got back on the bus the red carpet was rolled out and we had clean glassware awaiting us.Jose handled route changes and additional stops no problem, and took a ton of weight off of my shoulders. Absolute class act from beginning to end! Jerry Vought has some serious pride in his business, and it shows. Their website is great and informative, they got back to me with pricing almost immediately, the pricing was the BEST out of the 3 places we called, and the process could not have gone any smoother. We booked the party bus for my daughters 15th bday party which ended up being smaller than intended due to COVID, but she and her friends (as well as us moms) had a great time. She said it was up there with her fave bdays even! Our driver, Tom, was easygoing, but knowledgeable about getting around downtown Detroit. Even when our dinner plans were running later than intended, he called the next stop to tell them so (even without being asked). Cannot say enough good things. Thanks, Jerry! Keep up the great work. My sister rented a bus from varsity party bus company for her fiancé’s birthday and honestly we had the best time, the bus was so clean and looked so nice, the drivers were nice to staff was amazing and we’re also excited to rent from them again because they are honestly the best! So glad we found them and so looking forward to using them again!

I had a great time on October 4, 2019 on the party bus. The driver was very nice and respectable to us. I felt like I was in luxury my pictures flash at the back of the bus doing the whole ride. Jerry, the owner, is incredibly kind and professional. He stays in communication before and after the event to make sure everything goes according to plan. The price was by far one of the best around and the party bus we got was pristine. We had a great time! Highly recommended.

I have been using Varsity Limousine for years now and am impressed every time we use them! We use them for the St. Patty’s Day parade, concerts, weddings and to go see holiday lights each year. Jerry and his team always make sure to provide the best service from making the reservations to the end of our trip! Varsity Limousine was absolutely amazing! I got married on 11/02/18 and we had Jose as our party bus driver, he was so kind and helpful. I had a very big dress and the poor guy was helping me in and out of the bus. He carried my dress for me every chance he could. The guys loved their driver mark as well. The drivers were all about making sure we were okay and happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better limousine service, thank you for helping my wedding day run smoothly!

Excellent service. Jerry is very responsive via email & phone. We took a limo to Detroit to go to some bars, our driver was more than accommodating when we decided to add another bar to our route and was quick at responded to my texts when we were ready to go to the next location. The bus was clean and equipped with cups and ice just like Jerry had said.Would absolutely rent from here again.
