Called them to ask how much it would cost to go down the street and he was very rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me and when I called back he acted like he wasn’t there

Took an appointment for the next morning with the guy even though he wanted to charge me more expensive (that was my only option). When he was late, I called him 2 times and he never answered! What a bad customer service. I would not recommend at all...

I dont know what these other reviews are talking about at all. My taxi was prompt to arrive, the driver was polite, and got me to my destination on time. Plus, as a bonus, the cab was very clean. I recommend Aces wholeheartedly.

Went to a beatles tribute show at troy savings bank music hall. it could have been a disaster because parking is impossible there, I am disabled and cant walk great distances, and it turned out to be a very windy, bitterly cold evening. checked with ace (john). he couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating as far as getting us to the front door and picking us up again afterward. he made a wonderful evening easy for us. did exactly as promised and made for a wonderful, enjoyable evening.

Call to see if they was still in service because some troy taxi was closed & was cursed out highly unprofessional

Ordered a cab. Told 15 minutes. 25 minutes later called again and only an answering machine ( tried 4x over the next 15 minutes). Finally called a different company who came right away. Total scum.

My fiancée called this cab company and they were very rude to her over the phone. Not the biggest deal, but after she hung up the phone they started texting her to harass her for not using their taxi service. Totally unprofessional and honestly kind of unsettling. Hopefully no one still has her number saved, but we have no way of knowing.
