STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR LIFE!One of the 2 workers that came to trim the tree “dropped” a huge branch on our new Audi Convertible and smashed the passenger door, barely missing the driver’s head. When confronted about it, all he said was: “I wasn’t paying attention! You should be happy you didn’t get hurt!” Rudeness and negligence of that person were indescribable and incredibly unprofessional. Not mentioning the damage done to the used to be luxury car that now looks terrible and a lack of compassion with zero desire to resolve the issue. The company uses a cheap unprofessional help and charges a lot of money for a very poor quality service. The tree, in addition to the car, also looks awful now. Never again!
