Today, February 1, 2021, was our first visit to Booker Dentistry. My son, Richard had a cleaning, complete x-rays, fluoride treatment and a cavity filled. I can not express how deeply satisfied we were with our first visit today. Lisa, the girl who did the cleaning and x-rays was A-1! She was so nice and kind and gave us valuable information. Dr. Booker, himself was super nice and kind as well. My son and I felt like we had known them for a long time. They just made us feel so comfortable and welcoming.It was neat to hear the doctor and Ricky talk about football and the upcoming Super Bowl game. Ricky, also shared a few photos of his new high school football field (Huron).Thank you so much Dr. Booker, Lisa and staff for giving us an exceptional experience today! We are forever established clients.We hope you have a great 2021 year!

Dr. Booker is kind and makes sure my pain is at a minimal (been diagonesed with periodontal disease).I give him 4 stars because the receptionist isnt the friendliest of people when it comes to payment.They dont accept payment arrangement, so, I pay my bill in prrson with cash otherwise the Earth will crack open pouring lava into their waiting area.

Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! I have been a happy patient for a few years now and really need to SHOUT OUT how great Dr. Booker and his entire staff are!! They are all so kind and comforting. Dr. Booker and his staff are awesome. I have been to many Dentists over the years and can say that the professionalism and true caring they show patients is extremely hard to find. I had an emergency issue recently that I needed to get taken care of. I was able to get in and had the issue addressed quickly with very little pain. Cant say it enough, this guy and his staff are the best!

Ive gone years without seeing a dentist to many bad experiences over the years and truth be told had I not broken a tooth over the weekend on some beef jerky I would not have gone this time.I called the office at 7:25am even though the website said they opened at 7:30, I was in that much pain. I had an appointment set up in minutes and the lady that answered was not only super pleasant but very understanding when I told her about my anxiety towards dentists.I most definitely will be coming back, years of anxiety and avoiding the dentist and am hour here changed that completely. The entire staff were friendly, professional and above all compassionate.I really lucked out that this office was the one that came up in a random google search.

Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist as Im sure most people arent, but dr. Booker and his staff really made me feel comfortable and if there is truly painless Dentistry dr. Booker provides it to his patients. I cannot recommend Booker Family Dentistry enough!

Friendly OfficeThe people who work here are very friendly and efficient. You are called at your appointment time. Never have to wait. Danielle, my hygienist is always very pleasant and sociable. Shes careful when she does X-rays or a cleaning making sure you are always comfortable. Dr. Booker is also very welcoming and very professional. Would recommend this practice to any new or interested clients.

I had my first visit today at Booker Family Dentistry. They came highly recommended by many of my friends in the area. I went in for cleaning and my first consultation. From the moment I came in, the reception staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy and I was on my way to my assigned room. My Dental Hygienist, Lisa, was very kind and thorough. She explained exactly what we would be doing on my first visit and the reasons for it. The cleaning was pleasant and pain free. Dr Booker came in and was extremely friendly, engaging, and professional. He took his time to examine my teeth and provided great informative feedback. Check out was a breeze and I was even offered a flower from a vase to take home. My daughter really enjoyed it. I was highly impressed with my visit and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this office to others.

Amazing first experience for someone who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist! I had a gentle and thorough cleaning and even got to listen to music I preferred to calm my nerves. My hygienist and Dr. Booker were both very kind and answered any questions I had.

Excellent First ExperienceVery impressed by the friendly, attentive, courteous staff. I was greeted right away. They seemed to know every patient walking in by name. Everyone introduced themselves to me and asked questions to get to know me. The building was clean and orderly. The service was quick but thorough. I didnt feel like a number or it was rushed. i actually saw Dr. Booker, which in my past experiences, I was lucky to even see a dentist at most of my check ups. Due to my husbands crazy schedule, they offered to put us on a short call list in case appointments opened up and might coincide with him being in town. About 45 min after my appointment they called me to let me know they had a spot open up next week for him. They walked me through the checkout process and what to expect each time. They told me what my insurance would be covering that day. It was just such a huge difference from our past provider. I was very impressed and am very excited to bring my family in.

BEST Downriver DentistryDr. Booker is a fantastic dentist. Its hard to find a dentist that can do a great crown -- if youve ever had a bad one, you know what I mean. He is very compassionate and takes the appropriate amount of time to explain things. The offices hygienists are friendly and gentle, but thorough, and the entire staff is awesome.

If youre looking to feel needed and loved, go to the dentist. At least at Booker Family Dentistry we always get that feeling from all of the employees. Unfortunately, when coming face to face with customer service on a daily basis in all of our visits to grocery, gas station, retail, etc., customer service does not always seem to be a priority, but at Booker Family Dentistry customer service is obviously a priority as everyone there makes us feel special. Its always a pleasure to visit.

I recently had my first appointment with Booker Family Dentistry. I came in to have a bothersome tooth examined. Every single staff member I encountered was smiling, nice, and professional. Dr. Booker was very thorough and explained everything to me very well so I could understand him easily. He knew exactly what I needed with a short examination. I was seen on time and while my appointment was quick, I know I got a thorough exam and Im getting the treatment I need. Im very happy with this office, and Im so glad I chose this as my new dentist.

Very professional and friendly!My 5 y/o daughter isnt normally nervous about going to the dentist but because we switched to a new office, I could tell she didnt know what to expect. I have no insurance, and I chipped my tooth over the weekend. They got me in the same day I called for a meet and greet. Staff was great, the place was clean and inviting. I plan to go back and get my tooth crowned. They have an in-house discount program, that saves me a few hundred dollars plus Im going to pay in advance so I get an extra 5% off. So Im happy about it.

Professional friendly service. Hygienist considerate, helpful, kind, gentle. Doctor-answered all my questions, friendly, willing to help with any concerns that I had. Office is always cheerful, help with all my questions regarding billing. The discounts help so much when you are on a limited income.

Dr. Booker and staff are wonderfulIve been going to Dr. Booker for a couple years now (prior it was Dr. Hartwell) and both have been very kind. Dr. Booker treats you with pure care, knowledge of your teeth and what needs done, he will not do unneeded work on your teeth until he feels you need it. (Unless there is a toothache issue or something). His office has state-of-the-art dentistry equipment and always makes me feel comfortable. His scheduling is pretty full so book asap if you have any needs for your teeth and they will certainly accommodate to your needs and comfort level to the best they can. Also awesome with children too for those seeking a dentist and one of the best by far in the downriver area. I knew I needed a dentist and looked up what Delta dental accepts before my 1st visit, which is how I found Dr. Hartwell.. he retired but did in fact interview many others to take his place. I would never go anywhere else for my oral hygiene :)

Best dentist EVER..He makes you feel comfortable and he explains what is going on and what needs to be done. Dr. Booker is an absolute gem. First and foremost, he is professional which is rather important when you have someone dinking around in your personal space. He is also, kind, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. I stared invisalign with him and he was very informative about the process, my expectations, and what i should expect as a final outcome. His ENTIRE STAFF are all amazing gals; Nikki is awesome and steals cuddles from our little guy when we go in. We moved 40 minutes away from him and I will not go to anyone else for the convenience of the drive. This is our familys guy forever.

My Cleaning and CheckupHad a great cleaning and checkup...I think the hygenist name was Laura and she was very gentle and nice to talk to...gave me feedback on my teeth and brushing. Dr. Booker is very nice and puts you at ease when he does his examination .

I recently finished up with Invisalign with Dr. Booker. I have to be honest, I was completely skeptical when I started the treatment, I wasnt sure how it would work as an adult. Now that Im finished, I couldnt be happier. My teeth look fantastic and it was a great experience. I would 100% trust Dr.Booker to do this all over again and appreciate him suggesting the treatment.I also want to mention that as Booker Family Dentistry opens up following the recent Covid pandemic, I couldnt. be more comfortable with a dentist. Dr. Booker and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure the office is a safe and healthy environment for patients to visit. All of the communication theyve provided has been great and so reassuring. My temporary cap fit wonderfully and my permanent cap....Im not even aware. I had a extreme emergency.An infection from two teeth that had one side of my face swollen badly. When I was searching for dentist.The reviews and time they opened moved me.I called at 7:31 am on Monday morning.The receptionist was nice and told me to come right in.All of them at front desk had excellent service and made me feel welcome. Dr.Booker was awesome. He lets you know everything hes doing and was painless. I even made a appoiment for my twis,however the only disappointment about that is they were booked a long time out until Feb.hoping for cancellations. I see why their booked wirh service like that.
