I am appalled that NFIBs current online survey about whether it should get involved in Supreme Court and other judicial nominations, appears to have been rigged. There are two questions:o The first asks for a simple yes, no, or undecided answer to the subject question.o The second is to be completed only if the answer to the first was YES.But, if the answer to the first part was NO the program will not allow the survey to be submitted unless the respondent also answers part of the second question --- in particular, they MUST check property rights as one of the most important issues.Since it is highly unlikely that such an error could have been accidental, one can only conclude that the question was intentionally structured to allow only certain responses to appear. Am I being unreasonable to expect fundamental honesty from an organization that purports to represent my interests?

You know a sales pitch is good when you cant remember what the name of the organization being pitched was without a google keyword search because the salesperson was so pushy and rude that it stole the impression. I even told her I might be interested but I dont invest without research and she said okay we are online, put her pamphlet away, and walked out without a word. All that after pitching how they care about small business whilst ignoring the customers waiting to be waited on behind her. Just another special interest group that wants your money. Write a letter to your legislator itll be just as effective and only cost postage; not $370 up front.
