When I had this done most of all the windows had to go back due to manufacturing issues with them. From torn vinyl to etches in glass and scratches. Most of the replacements were bad and had to be sent back as well. Service was good, as they made sure they took care of it. But quality of product is really bad.

Weve had this company do work on our home 3 times. Weve been doing a little bit at a time as we can afford it. We have been very pleased with the whole team, but also the work. They are on time, pleasant, responsive and personable. I would recommend them highly to anyone. for any job. Wish I would have taken before and after pictures!

We had an unbelievable experience with Window World. We had several different companies come out, and we decided to go with Window World because they offered such an affordable estimate. Initially, this made me nervous, because I was worried that I would ‘Get what I paid for’. However, their customer service was excellent and their installation was efficient, clean, focused on detail, and they also offered better warranties and options than any other company. I told them what I wanted, and they made it happen. Cannot say enough. Such an amazing difference to our home. Thank you!

They were on time for all appointments, were super-quick to reply to any questions or concerns, and provided a wonderful product that has enhanced the look and energy-efficiency of our home. I LOVED my experience with Window World Traverse City... John Moquin was professional and knowledgeable when he did my estimate, measured my windows, and talked me through the window options in their showroom. The installer, Shawn was amazing-- he was punctual, friendly, and a did amazing work. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I had all the windows in my house replaced, as well as got a new front door and storm door. Im looking for more projects I can have them do around my house, I loved working with them so much! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Salesman seemed in a hurry. Didn’t come in and sit down and explain his windows. Handed me some brochuresAnd asked me if I had any questions. He took measurements and I never received a estimate. I guess they didn’t need my business.
