The website said he was open. We first tried to call but the voicemail box was full. We drove for about a half an hour. Got there and no one answered. The sign on the door said by appointment only, but the website didn’t state that. The old reliable clock shop wasn’t very reliable.

I trusted Nathan with the repair of my antique Mission-style grandfather clock that has tremendous sentimental value and he did a fantastic job... its keeping perfect time and back at home in its place of honor.

Im a guitar maker and business owner in Saginaw and traveled up to Jenny and Nates shop in Traverse City to see their operation. I was nothing short of stunned. Nates inventiveness with his original designs and knowledge of antique clocks was impressive. Jennys engraving was amazing and so inspiring. There were cookies, there was coffee. Our quick tour turned into all morning and we left having made new friends.
