I really wish 0 stars was an option. I called every snow removal service in Traverse City, this is the only one to return a call so they started off as A+++ in my books. I had recently fallen off my porch and injured my shoulder arm and back and was afraid I wouldnt be able to remove this snow before I had to leave for work. They said they would be here in an hour at 10:30 AM. 2 hours later I called, and they said they would be here shortly. it is now 5 PM. They have not showed up. Both times I spoke to them on the phone they were not professional. They didnt even answer the phone like a business call. They have not called. They have not returned voicemail messages. My whole day has been spent sitting here waiting on this snow removal company. Luckily I was able to get someone else to plow it for me. This is not how a company stays in business. I am appalled at there professionalism. Is it so hard to just call and say, I am sorry we cant make it or It is going to be later but we will get you taken care of? I would even be all right if they had said I am not going to bother with your little residential problem. I would have at least known they were not coming so I could call someone else.

They did an amazing job. The bad wind we got today made it so bad that we just couldnt keep up on the drifts of snow. My husband fell so he couldnt help, my 1 son his medical issues so he couldnt help. My other son was at work and I have medical issues of my own . I tried to take care of it but it just got to bad. Called JD for the first time. He answered right away and had no issues coming right over to get my driveway done. He was prompt and very curtious. He even pushed the banks back far enough that it built a wall to block me from getting drifted in overnight. Im so thankful to him for his help. I would and will be recommending him to anyone I know. Thank you for being there in our time of need. I really couldnt have asked for a better job to be done.

Always does a good job and I have no idea who this man is talking about JD Snowplowing is always there for me and does an excellent job!!

They snow plowed for me and my business last year and did an amazing job and were best priced in the TC area 😊
