Simply cant believe the difference after oliver and company came and groomed our beach. Not only did he do a great job but it was completed within a week of us initially calling him! The sand was all sorts and looked like a dirt bike trail more then a beautiful beach but nate came out with a machine then smoothed it all out in a matter of hours!

Nate and his crew just built us a flagestone patio. We were trying to find someone to do this project for months with no luck until we came accross oliver and company. Nate came out the same day we called to give an estimate, then had us a written quote by email the very next morning. The patio turned out exactly the way we wanted and more. cant recommend the oliver and company team enough!

I can’t speak for the landscaping side of things, but I bought firewood from this guy. I asked him outright if the wood was seasoned and dry and burns well. He told me yes, it’s been drying for a year and stored inside. When he got there the wood was covered in snow, but he said he’d been using the trailer to move snow as well as wood. He wanted cash only, and now I see why. The wood is soaked, like I can hardly burn it with my wood stove as wide open as it goes. I heat with wood, and immoral people like this can seriously make life harder. Don’t get wood from the Craigslist ad from old mission if you plan on burning it this winter.I paid by credit card, and my bill literally said Oliver and Company Property Solutions. I tried to contact the person directly and never got responses. Why would my bill say it was from Oliver and Company Property Solutions if the person selling the wood wasnt affiliated?

I have 3 commercial buildings in traverse city and oliver and company does the snow removal,shoveling, and salting for all of them. They do a fantastic job and are very reasonably priced. Cant recommend enough!
