Helpful and friendly staff! I was able to get my car fob battery replaced and a duplicate key made all in the matter of minutes. The owners are so incredibly kind as well, I would 100% go back! Remember to always shop local. 👍🏼

Disappointed in the customer service here. We walked in at 5:30pm, and asked when they closed because they were already vacuuming. They closed at 6:00. While picking out paint, one of the workers came to us to tell us (at 5:35pm) that they dont mix paint that late. So 25 minutes before close it seems that they cant offer many services.

Awesome place! Hadn’t been there in years not since I was a kid going there with my mom. Staff is very friendly. They asked if they could help me with any thing which I was good knew what I was looking for. At 1 point I couldn’t find what I was looking for & they where right there to help. They are very knowledgeable which was a great help. It’s hard to find hardware stores still around today like this 1. I definitely will b back. Support our local businesses they need us😁

Best hardware store Ive even been to, and Ive lived all over the state of Michigan. For its size, they have almost everything you could possibly need and the customer service is 2nd to none.

Didnt have the right screw I needed had to go to Ace, still helpful and friendly.

Went there to buy a shovel. I walked in, 5 people standing around doing nothing. I found what I wanted but it didnt have a price tag. I picked 2 up and asked for the price of the one I wanted and told them if the one without the price tag was the same or less I would take it. They sent Jim for the price. It took forever. When he came back the cashier cashed me out and told me to go put the other one back where I found it. I might be a female but these guys assumed I knew nothing and very much talked Down to me never going back.

Most always have what I need when the big box stores dont. The pricing is about the same as the big box stores and some times lower. I also save when I dont have buy a whole box of screws when I only need one. Service is always great.

Good prices, overly helpful, but cant leave anyone to browse without hounding them. Im sure they genuinely want to help, but expect them to chase you around the store before you have a chance to find anything on your own. Pushing too much to deter shrink/shortage will also impact basket size and return customers. Im the kind of person who goes in for one item and adds several more items to my purchase by impulse as I browse. I, as many honest people, hate being hovered over.(I have 10 years experience in retail management, and specialized in loss prevention.)

This is the place to go when you need one of everything. The staff is extremely helpful, and willing to help. A recent project had me working with some pretty nasty chemicals and the employee made sure that I was aware of the risks and recommended the appropriate protective wear.
