Terrible business. Services only what they want. I phone quick fixes for top dollar. Just another shotty serviceman out for a quick buck.

Horrible. Brought a phone in that the screen wasn’t working on, all the other buttons worked fine. Came back after they “fixed it” for two hours and none of the buttons worked anymore and they put the screen in wrong because there was stuff coming out of the edges of the phone.

Fixed phone promptly and was very courteous

Doesnt fix smaller brand phones only leading brand and didnt look at it or try

I’m from NC and got my phone repaired in Michigan because I know Batteries Plus are everywhere 😃 The guys who I met at counter were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They reassured me as I was nervous about leaving my phone to have screen repaired. My phone was done exactly when they said it would be. I was so happy to be united back with my iPhone 7plus and it look brand new. I have had no issues with the repair. The insurance they offer was a great comfort also. So I use my phone with more comfort now knowing it will be covered with the case/insurance. I am a customer for life!

Great experience. Had to order my battery for my phone. Called me when it arrived. Dropped it off at agrred upon time. Phone was complete and was in the same condition as I left it (with new battery). Very reasonable price as well compared to other quotes by other companies.

Earlier I posted a good review and now I have to change it. My phone has been glitching the entire time since I brought it home. The screen was replaced and now my phone won’t scroll when I need it to, it’s glitching all day, I press on one thing and it jumps to completely different apps (on its own) while I’m typing or reading something! idk what they did but my phone is not working anymore.

I went in yesterday with a Samsung s8 phone that would not charge, it was dead! They told me they would look it over and put a battery in and check the charge port. Bingo! Both needed replacement! Thank you guys! I very much appreciate your kind service!

Great experience. I thought I needed new phone. The new battery holds charge all day (plus) and it was done in time frame promised. Store associate very friendly and didn’t pressure me. I’d recommend iPhone users with dying batteries try to replace unless they really want (and can afford) a new phone.

I needed a battery replaced in my iPhone 6S. They were polite, professional, and did the repair in a few hours without an appointment. I will definitely use them again.

Needed to replace my battery in my iphone. Stopped at Batteries plus Bulbs and asked if they had batteries for my iPhone. The employee said they had the battery in stock and it would take about 15 minutes to replace. True to his word he came back within that time with my phone. Told me if I had any problems bring the phone back and they would fix it. A pleasant experience to say the least. I have told my friends about my experience. They’re looking for someone to replace their batteries and said they would check and find a Battery plus bulbs outlet in their town.

Replacing the battery in my iPhone 5 both saved the substantial cost of replacing the phone, but also allowed me to keep the smaller size phone which I much prefer. The work took less than 20 minutes at cost only $60 and the folks at the store were friendly and knew what they were doing.
