I cannot recommend UpNorth Softwash enough. I contacted 13 businesses to get estimates for washing my home. I only received three total responses, and only received two estimates from those three contacts. Mikes business is run professionally with excellent communication. He not only provided an almost immediate response, the estimate was very reasonable and his explanation of the process was clear and comprehensive. His employee was conscientious, thorough, polite, and very responsive. He took extreme care with great attention to detail. He explained all of his work. I could not be happier! My home looks amazing!

My neighbor was getting her house washed and when I saw how clean they were getting it I quickly went outside to see if they would do my house while they were here. Mike was so nice and agreed to doing it. He walked me around my house to point out the really bad places and then walked around with the young man who was going to do the work to make sure he was aware of the spots he needed to spend a little extra time washing. I had several quotes from multiple companies and Mike was the one that explained in most detail how their process was different with the soft wash verses using a pressure washer. They did a fantastic job and my house looks amazing!!!

Explained everything at the estimate and came when they said. Did a great job, what a difference on the vinyl! Were really professional and good about moving outdoor furniture and cleaning light fixtures. Worth every penny just to get cobwebs so well.

We inquired on gutter cleaning via website. We had a reply the next day, along with service, as they were in our area. Very friendly, very efficient and very thorough. They offered insight and recommendations for future maintenance. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

We were very happy with the work that was done, our house has never looked so good. There were areas I never thought would come clean but did. They even opened up my screen door and cleaned the inside of that. We will definitely be calling Mike again.

We just had our house cleaned today, and Mike was finishing up as I got home. Have to say I was blown away by how clean they got the house. He had told me during the estimate that he could get all of our white trim and facia looking brand new, all the while I was thinking well see. I have tried in years past powerwashing, using scrub brushes, bleach mixtures and house washing sprays from home improvement stores, and never been able to get it back to bright white. Well, him and his crew delivered. We are both very impressed, and would highly recommend his services.

Mike and the crew at Up North Soft Wash cleaned our soffits and facia today. There were a lot of black stains from years of weather. It took them about an hour, and the house has never looked better. Having had a service business for over 20 years I know good companies when I see them. Mike brings what I would call good old fashioned business practices back in to the modern world. All the other businesses I contacted had me send them pictures of the house to do the bid. Up North Soft Wash came out to the house, provided me a bid that was much lower than the competition and did a fantastic job. Everything connected to the house is sparkling clean, none of the other guys have ever cleaned the porch before, so that was a surprise.
