I am the owner of Bay Spray Enterprises.Just wanted to respond to Mrs Twomey bad review.I was contacted my a management company to clean some apartment complexes in Suttons Bay along will the addresses they wanted cleaned.I gave them an estimate to clean those addresses and they accepted it so we cleaned those building addresses. The management company called me and told me that they forgot to add the building Mrs Twomey lived in. So we cleaned this building for no extra charge, so free. Mrs Twomey did not hire me but when she called to tell me about the spot under her porch that wouldnt come clean I went out to meet her. The staining was from the smoke from the grill. She told me that one of my workers told her that the siding needed to be replaced, they where both standing there at the time and said they didnt say that, she got very upset and throw us off her property without further discussion. I felt bad so I returned with some special cleaning products and scrubbed the siding to remove the stains. We got that clean along with cleaning the whole building again to remove spider webs . Just a reminder this was all done for free on this building. Im sorry there was such a misunderstanding with this tenant. The management company that hired us was happy with our work. We take great pride in our cleaning and try to make everyone happy.

My boyfriend and I hired Dan to wash strip and stain a deck and he did an amazing job! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Terrible work, missed a lot of spots. Told me that they had scrubbed an area and it didn’t come off; however, his worker told me the soffit was so damaged it needed replacing!! Proceeded to tell me his guy didn’t lie, yet I and two other people heard him say it. Wouldn’t trust this company, although to be fair, they did come out and clean the soffit after the fact.
