If you want UPS professionalism - go to a REAL UPS location. This is so pathetic - clerk shuts place down, turns off signs, draws security curtain, closes door - all BEFORE posted closing time. Why? Because his girlfriend is waiting in the care outside. Manager - boot whoever was manning the place at closing on 8/12/21. If this was the manager - then there is no hope.If you did not know this: UPS store is a franchise that has nothing to do with *real* UPS. No commitment, no liability, no UPS corporate standards. The only thing in common is the emblem.

Ive had a box at this location for almost two months now. Really enjoy coming here. The workers are friendly and highly professional. I really appreciate the fact that theyre able to take care of your needs quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Not at all impressed by this location. The guy who originally helped me was fine but the guy who jumped in when he had to leave was rude and argumentative. Ive been shipping/receiving parcels and letters internationally for years and never experienced the kind of pushback and attitude I got here. Save yourself a headache and just go to the UPS Store on Fourteenth, theyll actually take care of you.

Have used this location several times before and have been happy with the service. My last two visits have been unpleasant. Both times when asked how I wanted to send my envelope, I said I was in no hurry for it to get there. Somehow the employees translated that into hit him with the Priority rate instead of media or even first class for something that is no rush. Im sure they are burnt out on COVID like everyone else but it is no excuse to not be nice or courteous to your customers. We do have the option of going some place else.

I am new to using the UPS store. My daughter moved to Phoenix Arizona recently, and I came here to mail her birthday gift to her. Jamie youre employee was very kind and helpful to me. She let me know my different options. Jamie helped me to send my daughter her birthday gift the best way possible. I came back in today to send my daughter her Birth certificate and other important papers she needed. Again Jamie was very friendly and helpful. I will always come back to this U.P.S. store as long as friendly employees like Jamie works there. Please tell her thank you very much. And I will be sure to recommend this U.P.S. store to everyone I know.

Showed up right at open. As the lady with dark hair opened the door to unlock, I approached the door to come in, lady never even acknowledged me. I said good morning to her and no response. She walked back in the building before me and didnt even bother to hold the door open for me, as I was right behind her. Very rude at the counter. Seemed irritated that I was even there.

I dropped an Amazon return package off at this store on January 6 2020. After two weeks and I hadnt received any notifications nor had amazon made a refund. I tried to track it without luck. I called this store asked what happened to my package she said it was placed in their box and picked up and that I should call amazon they hadnt received my rreturn. Today I drove to the USP office explained my situation they scanned my copy I received from ups store in traverse city. They told me there was no indication that my package had left the TC store. OMG now what do I do file police theft report

I would give 0 stars if I could. We shipped items home and insured them late August. Suitcase arrived not boxed and damaged beyond use. We have been trying to resolve this and still have no resolution. Owner does not respond.

I had to take a package out of state that had a tool that I needed for a job. I could not fly the tool so I shipped it from this location. I was assured it would be there in 2 days. In two days I checked the tracking and discovered that it was not scheduled to be delivered for another 4 days. This cost me $300 to buy a new tool for the job and have it shipped next day. The store manager offered me my $20 back. I argued that she had a higher level of responsibility as her staff totally messed up this transaction. She simply offered no assistance except for the $20 refund. I will never use this location again. I knew better. Go to UPS directly. They have competent staff, not amateurs.

Giving a 1-star because I was charged an extra $8.39 for materials and labor. I asked why I was charged that extra amount, and he said because he boxed it up and tapped it. When I actually helped box it up, and all he did was throw on a few strips of tape. Had I been told that upfront, I wouldve used my own boxing tape I had with me in my car and tapped it myself. But, he just started tapping it as soon as I put my item into the box. Didnt say a thing until I checked out. Thats just ridiculous...

First time ever but Ive had major problems with UPS delivery and with a local UPS Store. The problem is according to the fella at the UPS store here in Traverse City is they are franchise and cant track a number for me. Ive been trying all day to use the website and it sucks part of the problem is T-Mobile sucks and I dont have good service where Im at here in Traverse City my problem. What isnt my problem is a multiple hundred dollar package that was scheduled to arrive 2 days ago. I have a tracking number and Ive gone on the UPS tracking number website and told its in transit what does that mean it better be in transit it should have been delivered this is not acceptable service. I guess Im going to tell my daughter in Florida who sends out stuff all the time from her practice in St Petersburg to stop using United Parcel and switch over to FedEx. That sucks too because I think FedEx is more expensive

No stars! I have had the worst experience with the staff at this location since the new management. A return package was paid for on January 31st and the tracking number shows it in TRANSIT in TRAVERSE CITY...code for UPS STORE lost the pacakge. Kevin cannot give a refund for the lost item and is claiming that the USPS lost the package.
