Because parenting is difficult and there is always room for improvement, on February 3rd I attended a workshop by Caroline on parenting techniques. Caroline taught me various options of talking with my child during conflict that creates a more positive parent-child relationship. I left the workshop with easily applicable parenting tips that I began to implement with my 2.5yo as soon as I got home. I would definitely attend another workshop by Head and Heart Therapeutic Solutions again!
