I cannot put into word show awful this establishment is. Clear conflict of interests at hand as a locally practicing divorce lawyer Lauren Pfeil sits on the board of this establishment. Autumn the director is a liar as she allowed for children to be dropped off when the other party was not preset. its clear the other negative reviews speak for themselves, very sad that this business has operated for as long as it has and negatively impacted people/children the way it has.

Really friendly and understanding

It is very sad what this company has done with my oldest....Very huge life impacting decisions made based off of a snapshot into the lives of the effected by people with very little life experience of their own. Sides were taken and biases created. Its hard to believe that a two year degree or less qualifies as enough to pass judgements,changing lives of many far too often for the worse.

The people here are friendly and very helpful. They stepped in the middle of a difficult situation for us and bent over backwards to help us. Excellent community resource.

I thought I was recieving great help from the 3rd level crisis Free Legal Aid Clinic services.. but instead of being straightforward with me while I was there I got told one thing.. and then another. Not only am I about to loose a very important court case because I have no attorney and no money but something that not only affects me, but also my S/O and my young son.. for the first time at 20 years old I am actually afraid of becoming homeless because people cant correctly do their jobs. I was going to put a good review because everyone was so nice, but then I was shown its all an act and that I was never going to receive the help I needed in my time of need. Very disappointed.

Child and Family is by far the best Agency to work with! They offer so many different services to their families, foster families and adoptive families. Often going above and beyond to support us. They work hard to meet the needs of families, the mentally ill, impoverished and neglected/abused children and families. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Linda Smith was many years ago, but the heartache will last a lifetime. She was a part of a reunification through the court system for my four year old and her outlook, choices, and suggestions to the court on the situation were very traumatic for my little girl. I hope that now and in the future Linda will learn to put children first over the adults when it comes to cases like this. And to realize how much she can affect the rest of a childs life when making suggestions to the court. Because after the experience we had, my girl has never been the same. All because she was not allowed proper time to adjust because the grown-ups said it was like ripping a bandaid off and it just needed to be done. Well the pain that cause is with us still.

Loosely ran. Have a hard time answering the phone. Also called (multiple times) over 13 months ago to try and get some classes under my belt that they do infact offer. Needless to say Im still waiting on a return call from one of my few calls.

Awful poeple terrible place .Raymell English is lair do not trust her . They need to be held accountable for their lack of integrity and dishonesty. It is unbelievable to me they are allowed to treat people this way . Shame on you!

The only positive reviews are fraudulent made up profiles to boost ratings the people are obviously made up names and profiles believe only the ones who took time to explain their ratings
