Do not use this company!Company charged for cleaning automatically on our credit card and did not perform the cleaning services. owner is dishonest. He stated that he fired the crew, admitted there was a problem, yet never refunded our money. unresponsive when we asked for help didn’t send a crew to rectify and didn’t answer our calls. wouldn’t answer until we called from another phone 5 days later.Not a man of his word, not an honest business owner. Do not use.

This woman lied to us repeatedly. We were told she was sending out a team of cleaners. She sent one girl who was at our house a little over 5 hours. She didn’t even make the beds. She did 1/2 the items on the list and then the owner tried to charge me $200 more dollars than originally agreed upon because she did such a “deep cleaning.” When I sent pictures of how horrible it was her story kept changing. Beware!

I payed a total of nearly $500 for this company to come twice for a deep clean then a regular clean that honestly after I called to complain about the “deep clean” I thought I wasn’t going to be charged for the second one as to me, they were finishing the first one... I called back after the second time and the man tried to make it sound like my home was so nasty they’d have to come many times. I asked him how many times it would take to vacuum sand off the floor? Then he called me a terrible person and hung up on me. My house is brand new a year and a half ago, trust me it’s NOT nasty...

Scheduled a move out cleaning when tenants moved out of my house. I explained I was an out of town landlord and did not know the condition the house would be in. Asked for a focus to be on the kitchen and basement cleaning. I happened to be in town the day the cleaning took place. The first two ladies spent a total of 1.5 hrs “cleaning”. But upon walking through the house afterwards, I discovered an uncleaned fridge, oven, sink, shower, as well as an uncleaned basement, as well as numerous other uncleaned areas. Called the company and sent pictures. It was agreed that the cleaning wasn’t done correctly and that they would come back. When I came back after they went through it again, I discovered NONE of these things cleaned. The painter who was repainting my house also pointed out how they literally left trash outside my front door and attested to the fact they weren’t there for even an hour the second time they came. Called back again, this time frantic as I had to drive 6 hours home and work. They said someone else could come out, but then called back to say they got sick. So I said forget it and cleaned it myself. After all of this, I received a bill for $125. $75 an hour worth of work was NEVER done on my 900 sq ft house. I emailed and called to dispute this bill, but never received a follow up. Three months later, they charged my credit card.

The owner is absolutely amazing to work for! She pays fairly, has snacks and drinks for us to take for the day, and she does once a week “ family dinners” where we stop in after work to chat, grab dinner and bring some home for our families ❤️.She has a clothing rack that she puts out in front of our shop with free clothes on it for the needy❤️.The girls I work with ( myself included ) absolutely love our job. We love to make things beautiful and we care about our clients and put a ton of effort into making people happy ☺️. Would def recommend calling us.

Today I had the cleaning done for Cleaning for a Reason. Very nice people who did a very good job in the time allotted. I appreciated this so much. It was a burden lifted off of my shoulders. Thank you for offering this service to people, it is so helpful.

I worked for this company during summer months in 2019. It was a very hostile work environment, and communicated using text or Facebook chat to address important issues. The owner would often have employees clean her own personal home and perform extra tasks only to benefit her, most inappropriate (personal laundry/drug paraphernalia in view). Overall, poor communication, poor treatment of others, poor organizational skills, and severely poor management.

I was a customer of both At Your Service and the company that took over last year, Foxcraft Cleaning. At Your Service had professionals who cared and my home was properly cleaned every time. Foxcraft did not change the dirty sheets, failed to vacuum or mop, and left trash cans full. I had similar negative experiences with the owner of Foxcraft as others have mentioned here. At Your Service was great. But theyre gone now, and Foxcraft is a poor substitute. Look elsewhere.
