After learning that I needed a timing belt and more replaced on my Lexus I started calling around to get quotes and to try to figure out who I could trust to do it rite the first time. I finally settled on Brad Smith at Car Repair’s. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and able to get my Lexus in and out sooner than I could even get an appointment anywhere else and for a very competitive price. Brad and his staff replaced the timing belt/water pump kit along with a tune up, brakes and more. They use quality brands for parts, not the cheap stuff like other shops I have dealt with and they include a great warranty on their work. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Car Repair’s from now on and would recommend them to anyone.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Brad and Car Repair Inc. Recently I took my car in to have my brakes/rotors changed. A couple days later the breaks were squealing really bad!! Brad got my car right back in to see what was going on. Come to find out when I purchased the brake pads I was sold Organic pads, which is what was causing the noise. Completely unsatisfied Brad said if I went and purchased new pads he would swap them out for free!! Never before has a mechanic offered to do this. Especially helpful to a single mother like myself! Highly recommended 😁

Three hours before I was supposed to leave for a 10 day road trip, my minivan started having issues. The great guys at Car Repairs dropped what they were doing and had me on the road in less than an hour. They totally saved our road trip! Brad and his staff deliver 5 star service. They work on both my 15 and 19 Chevys as well both of my BMWs. Brad handled a full engine swap on my 530 with no issues what so ever, and is in the process of doing the same to my 335. Cant say enough good things about Car Repair INC.

Years ago I had a quote from another shop for a wheel bearing job for almost $800. Bob did it for $275, and I have stayed ever since. Years before that, my wife and I blew a belt 1 block from his shop (an old location), and they replaced the belt and had us on our way in about an hour. I stopped in the other day to ask for advice on removing a relay (I had a $13 replacement, but could not remove the old part) that was stuck. They took it out for free. How does your mechanic treat you? Is it like this?

Car Repairs Inc is the only place I am willing to go anymore. Bob & the rest of the team has won me out entirely.Ive taken every vehicle Ive owned here and have always had a great experience. Their quotes (free quotes, too!) are always far lower than anyone else in town, and they do their research. Im hesitant to take my BMW anywhere, but their knowledge combined with their work make it the ultimate repair shop in my opinion.Ive never been told to replace something I didnt need to, and in most cases, Ive actually been surprised by the final cost of repairs because they dont try to take advantage of their customers. I refer every one of my friends here, and swear by their work. Ill never go anywhere else. Excellent.

The most trustworthy mechanic you will ever meet. Prices are extremely fair as well. These guys have saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes from other mechanics in town. They do what they say they will and dont try to nickel and dime you.

Went here for my ford because dash cluster lights not working, they charged me over $450 to tell me its my headlight switch. They charged me $50 for a used part they got from genes junk yard and anothere hour worth of labor to put it in. Complete rip off over $600 bill for a 50 dollar switch? My orher car broke down almost in front of them and was hesitant of taking it there but was convenient from where i was, so they told me the promblem was the alternater and they upcharged me over $60 on part so bill was over $360. Next day after i brought it home, wouldent start, i called them and they said its battery and it will be over $300 because its behind wheel well... i did it myself. A FEW MONTHS LATER i had same problem. I took it back and he charged me $50 to replace it again even when to work was supposed to be under warranty. Not even kidding, a few months later SAME THING HAPPEND... took it back and said im not paying you again to fix same problem over and over, so he replaced it for free this time. I am not taking any of my vehicles there again! And highly recommend anyone to take thiers elsewhere.

Dropped off my daughters car after the battery ran down and a bunch of check engine lights came on after jump starting it. Got an estimate for over $5k which was more than the car is worth so was considering junking it. Took it for a 2nd estimate which confirmed a couple of items but several of the more expensive ones checked out fine and have been fine since. Alternator for example. Not sure how it was arrived at that the alternator was fried but it tested fine at the 2nd place and has been keeping the car running for months now. Timing chain was another. Toyota chains are supposed to be life time and the car barely has 100k on it. So after a $200 diagnostic Im wondering how well it was really diagnosed. Wont be going back again.
