DO NOT GO HERE.I really do not recommend anyone go to this place they ruined my new car. They scratched the chrome and plastic parts of the outside. They didn’t even properly clean the inside of the car and just smeared grease all of the dash and windows arm rest and all over the car In general. They also refused a refund when I brought this up

Purchased the $59.99 car/69.99 Suv for my car and truck. My car looked awesome got the same wash for my truck but didnt get the same amenities I did with the first wash. They washed my floor mats and even gave me a air freshener in my car but didnt get it in my truck...

Nice detail and touch. Left the lot feeling clean and fresh. I would recommend this location for a detailed car wash!

Dont waste your time. This place is overpriced and start off by upselling you not even giving you the basic prices to start off. The quality of work is not worth the price at all, I paid 33 dollars and the inside of my car is not fully cleaned with me still finding crumbs in my car. The wait is what made me give it one star. It should not take 2 hours+ to get a car wash. I ended up leaving 2 hours again because I was going to miss an appointment. Waste of money.

I was hoping for change with the NEW MANAGEMENT. This place needs to hire more people or pay better for people to work there. 1.5 hours to wait is not ok... I can see 40 minutes max. The car wash was the best when the original family opened and worked it, always clean, fast, and caring. Then car wash went to owners that took that place down into the ground.. These new owners once again need to clean that place out, deep clean the inside, hire at least 5 to 10 more employees even more so for summer business. Sadden to see the only big car wash be so slow and miss managed. One huge plus these people arent cheap like the old ones they actually use the AC inside. That was a huge plus.

I went to this car wash after a long drive across country and the experience was nothing short of excellent! my car was filthy but the staff still paid so much attention to detail! They were very efficient and made my car spotless! The results were far better than I expected and I will most definitely be revisiting

Not great. I paid over $60 for a thorough clean but they didnt vacuum under 3rd seat and left lots of dog hair in far back. I know its hard to get the dog hair off but it didnt look like there was much of an attempt

I paid 42 bucks but they took their time and did a great thorough job. My car was filthy after taking it camping. Now Im fresh and super clean again! Great job!

Under new management. Not a great job. Did not clean mats which I paid extra for. Did not get the outside clean, could have done better ourselves. Did not vacuum well at all. Did not wipe down inside of car at all.Very poor over all

Was told that this was the place in tracy to have your car washed for a full service wash from the exterior to the interior. So I went and had the extreme service done on my car and my floor mats cleaned. Got there at 11:45 by the time my car was done it was 2:30 all most three hours. If I would of known that I would have left, but the manager said it would be about an hour so I stayed. When my cat was finally done I looked in my floor mats were not there, I asked the lady who was working on my car and she said I did not have any floor mats. A little frustrated at that moment went to the counter and asked she said go ask the back were they vacuum your car. Went back there and asked they said they put with the car. More frustrated I went back to my car and saw that lady who worked on my car had floor mats and was putting them back in my car. Over all they did a great job on my car but the time that it took to have my car done was extremely long.

We were told about 45 minutes to get our car washed, 2 hours and 15 minutes later it was finally done and the job they did was sub par. The new management is the worst.

I took my Bosss car to get it cleaned here, Its under new ownership, Very Dirty Establishment, Staff was cleaning their own personal vehicles & ignoring customer vehicles, Myself & about 4-5 other Customers couldnt pay because there was no Cashier on Duty, We all waited about 20-30 minutes for Cashier to show up, then we had to wait another 10-15 for the system to wake up.

$60 car wash, and there was still a lot of debris that didnt get vacuumed and a few places they didnt even wipe. Just because they are the only people in town who do interior cleaning, doesnt mean theyre allowed to do half quality work

I bought a buy three car washes and get one free from them on a gift card and they are saying they arent going to honor the gift card. Im out $104.97. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try and get my money back.

The guys are all hard workers and they do a great job.

Six months ago they detailed my 4Runner and it was excellent. Today and 2 weeks ago got the $36.99 wash. Both times the results have been less than poor. The ladies out front always did an excellent job with this package. Have men working out front who hit and miss this service. Dust on stereo screen. Shifter area still dirty. Headlamps with bug spots. And the list goes on.The owner has change and so has the quality. Sad!

Had a basic car wash. Arrived at 2:45 on a Friday. No too busy and only 2 cars ahead of me. 1.5 hours later they finished!!!!! Holy cow! Standard wash mind you, nothing special. So $29 and 1.5 hours later Ive learned a valuable lesson: NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

They did a great job on the carwash detail for my older odyssey van. they made it look new again. great job inside too, I was really impressed. I opted for the $50 wash/detail - good deal. I will be returning.side note - it does take some time, my van was very dirty and it took about an hour.

Mistakingly pulled into this car wash not knowing how expensive it was or how long it would take. The cheapest wash is $28.99 and it took an hour! There is nothing “express” about this place! With that being said, they did do a great job. Outside of my car was so clean, inside windows were sparkling, and dash was all wiped down very well. Thankfully I had time but do not come here if you are in a rush!

My doors or middle console were not wiped down . The whole back part of my car was not cleaned. They just decided not to clean or vacuum the back of my car. The back window was still completely smudged. The person who did my car was a lady. Worst job i have ever had done on my car.would give zero stars if i could.

The older Asian office lady at the desk was horrible. Just absolutely not helpful in the slightest. Didnt care to understand the question being asked and gave the same, off base answer repeatedly, even when asked a different question. Seemed totally bothered to be called upon to help describe pricing or even be spoken to in general. Eventually went around and asked someone else who also had a hard time understanding the question but took the time to see what we were trying to get at and did so very politely and in a friendly manner until she was able to help us. If your front desk staff is not willing to do the job, promote the sweet and friendly staff to deal with the customer.

In and out car wash, very fast, they have a great waiting area also a TV area, they also offer ice cream and lots of could drinks for sale, perfect for a hot day! I requested full synthetic oil change and did a car wash for free!Update: I came here again after 6 months and this is the only place in Tracy where my utility ford transit van with a low rack fits, Im still giving them 5 stars!

Well I didn’t actually go through so I will leave it at a 3... I pulled up and wanted to go but after waiting 5 minutes for someone to greet me I left... I was also blown away by the prices... I live in the Bay Area and these were even more.

They take way too long getting your vehicle cleaned, and when waiting inside the lobby it’s either hot from not running their air conditioning in the summer or freezing cold from not running the heater in the winter. The people who do the actual vehicle cleaning do a good job. It’s the owners who don’t care.

I had been waiting for 90 minutes for my oil change and went to ask when it would be done. I then noticed my car had been parked in front. The oil change was done but they did not even bother to tell me. Zero apology or excuse from the clerk.I would recommend anyplace else instead of this place, even Wall-Mart is better.A no star rating would be more accurate than 1 star.

They scratched my window/weather guards, put swirl marks all over my car and didnt do a very good job inside or out... They use brushes on the cars... They can still get away with calling it hand wash because theyre not using machines, but Ill never go back....

Walked in to have odor removed from rental car. No waiting. Quoted $30 cost . Explained process. Finished job, odor successfully erradicated, all within 15 minutes.

I have got two cars washed here both were very dirty inside and out. Made them look great. Not cheap though but worth it.

I had just inherited my grandmothers car and there were lots of stains from my cousins spilling drinks and being messy, I paid to get it steamed and while I had hoped stains wouldnt be as noticeable I wasnt expecting it to be so clean and go then to get all the stains out. Amazing!

Went in to get our minivan washed. Purchased the gold package and to have the rubber mats cleaned, was just over $40. They did not vacuum the third row seat or lift the seats to vacuum underneath. They did not clean the conversation mirror, which was open so they would not to miss it (since only minivans have these, and they should know that anyways). Which after seeing that, I checked the visor mirrors and those were not cleaned. The customer service is mediocre at best.

This carwash gets you in & out with a sparkling clean car at a reasonable price. There is always a sale on washes. Inside there is a convenience store, tv, massage chairs & Air Conditioning. I will definitely be back!

Got my oil changed, the guy doing the oil change was friendly, smiled and helpful. The little woman inside not so much.

Someone opened both front windows as they were vacuuming the car. Then 2 guys with high powered sprayers, sprayed directly into the windows without noticing it. I finally stopped them but they got angry that I said something to them. The 2 ladies cleaning the car after the wash did a horrible job. They missed half the wheels..even after I paid $5.00 bucks more for big wheels.No oversight...none of them cared. Wont ever go back.
