Now that this place changed its name from Prime Shine, they increased their prices and decreases their service quality. I have to run my pickup through twice, there is always missed spots. The tire shine misses 1/4 of my tires.

I have the unlimited pass. Good wash and usually not too bad a wait. The biggest drawback is the horrible design of the vacuuming area. The vacuums are on either side of the entrance so there are often cars trying to back out as you are trying to get in to the wash. There’s a mister in Patterson that has a far better design.

Unlimited car washes with full treatment. I zip through on my way to or from work one or two times a week. Its like $2.50 per wash...and it saves on water, time and sweat.

I have no problems regarding this car wash. The only thing I have to say is that it is pricey.

Mister Car Wash did an excellent job on my car, I will be returning and telling family and friends to take their cars there.

This place was built completely wrong. Due to that the wait time was ridiculous! I guess the thought was vacuum 1st! But still a pain to get in and out. Vacuums needed to be place at or on exit path!! Glad I dont live here to use this one very often.

Id like to give them a better rating but the machine is 80% down. I drive by 5 times to get one wash done if that. Good kids and great carwash when its up. Terrible.....

I love the Tracy, Ca. Mr. Car Wash. The employees are always on the ball taking care of business. The vacuums work awesomely, and the actual car was is roomy.

Very fast simple & easy. But for some reason each time I go through the blow dryers get weaker and leave remaining water spots in the back part of my car and side mirrors but overall I am very happy

I really like this car wash ... it does a great job and it moves along at a nice rate, so dont let a long line scare you away! I bought the $20 monthly, all-you-can-wash subscription and feel I get my moneys worth, washing weekly. I wish there were facilities in the Sacramento area as I am there during the week. Still, Im keeping my account and just wash on weekends when Im in the area!

One of my favorite car wash locations from Mister. Only a 4 star just because whenever I want to go through a second time it will not scan my barcode for some reason. Overall a great experience and I love my membership. Friendly enough employees and clean enough services.

Is just a drive thru carwash. Its ok, when you come out of there the car still has dirt on some places. Its convenient thats all..

This car wash is not all that. The vacumes are always falling apart while youre using it and the car wash is not always working. Definitely not worth the $30 a month, even though thats unlimited car washes,when the car wash is working. I prefer the Chevron on Schulte, I pay $15 for just one car wash but so worth the money. My car comes out sparkling when I use the Chevron car wash.

Usually fairly good experience but today...unfortunately dead bugs still splattered all over the front bumper even after getting the most expensive wash. Really disappointed

I went to Prime Shine in Tracy to get a quick car wash. After I was done my car was like usual still dirty so I went around to get a rewash. I also asked for a wipe to clean possible dirt off myself after the rewash. The manager wanted to charge me 1 buck for the wipe which Ive gotten free the last time this happened. I asked her if this dollar is worth loosing my business and she smiled and said she has to charge me. I call BS on the 100% satisfaction Policy. Any good recommendations for car washes in town???

My rear bumper got hit inside their carwash track! I am waiting for the Managers (his name is Toni) update on the case and up until now theres nothing when I try to call their number no one is answering. So if you dont want to be like me whos wasting his time trying to contact their manager who I think doesnt give a damn about this incident try to avoid this place.

A few months back, when Mister took over from Prime Shine, I had a lot of complaints about this business, and they were well deserved. That has turned around quite completely. The facilities here have caught up to the great service the staff here have always provided.I have not noticed one shutdown due to equipment failures in months. This was one of my original complaints, and that things run so well now speaks to the commitment Mister has put into improving this facility. The bar code readers are improving, but there are always staff members on hand to make sure the lines are moving quickly and to help if the readers dont quite catch your code on your windshield (for those of us who pay monthly).I certainly can understand, given the volume of traffic this location sees, why Mister chose to go to two lines for entering the car wash. It may not get us in any faster, in all honesty, but it does keep the line of cars from stretching out into 11th Street. It does, however, make getting into and out of the vacuum parking spaces a hassle for everyone.As always, the staff here is super friendly and helpful. Without their hard work, I think the transition from Prime Shine to Mister would have been far more problematic. They do their best to manage the crowds and keep the location clean, and the best is pretty fabulous. Thanks to everyone who works there.

Best car wash in the town of Tracy, CA! The folks there are friendly and polite. I like taken my truck there because The machinery doesnt beat your vehicle to death and it always comes out looking great. Kudos to Mr. Car Wash.

The area is nice. Real easy to get in and out. Reason for not giving it a 5 star is it does not clean thoroughly. I still had few dusty spots on the back of my suv. Also the tire treatment they add to tires was not completely on tires good, it left some thick white spots on my rims. Im glad I have the unlimited washes, if I had time I would have gone through 1 more time.

I’ve been a member for awhile but live and use the one in Manteca. Today I was in tracy and after I came out of that wash I was shocked at the difference!! My Porsche was clean but clean. Great job tracy mister

I used to go months without washing my car or even vacuuming it. Now with their affordable monthly program I go at least once a week sometimes more.

Idk.... why my new Ram 1500. But i always have to go thru 2x. It seems to never spray when I go thru with my truck. So water dried, then in had to go back thru. After I had to clean most of dried soap off that didnt get washed and blowed! I thought new update machines would work better¡ 4x disappointed!

Been coming here for 2 years now, because of covid they have had to go.mainly unstaffed but the transition was good. Best car wash facility in Tracy, and super convenient, once a month or everyday if you are into having a clean ride the 20$ unlimited package is way worth.it, plus the free vacuums

Everyone here is so friendly, ready to help in anyway and each employee always have a big smile on their face. The positive attitude of the employees and willingness to jump in and help customers really makes my experience a pleasant one. They did raise the prices by a lot but you can purchase the monthly membership and it pays for itself with 2 washes I believe. Plus it’s hassle free because you just drive right through with your membership sticker on your windshield.The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because the way the line for the car wash runs into vacuum station parking is so frustrating and impractical. I want to vacuum my car and then wash so I can drive right out, instead I have to wait in line again (if busy) to get a vacuum station, then getting out of the vacuum station to 3 point turn and try to go out as everyone is coming in is a horrendous nightmare. Whoever thought of this system is nuts! So usually I vacuum/detail my car at home and then go through the car wash. I would like to use their equipment since I’m paying but it’s not worth the stress of maneuvering around such cramped area.

This car wash is pretty good. It’s pay as you go or buy a monthly deal with unlimited car wash anytime any day as many washes as you want any time. Contactless as you can pay online before you get there. Nice job

Not much separation in the vacuum area, so there is a chance you are within 6 feet of someone, but a low chance. It didnt happen when I vacuumed both sides. Line to get in the actual car wash was nice and efficient.

Love this place! If you dont mind doing your own vacuuming and interior clean up this is the place for you. I used to go to the full service car wash but the prices have gotten to high for my weekly visits. Prime Shine is an affordable alternative for weekly washes. Full service is only reserved for evey other month now!

I had a me membership of $34.95 a month for a premium but I noticed that when I would get my weekly wash I was given the simple wash, which on the monthly plan is $19.95. At first I thought it was just a one time mistake. However, after going multiple times, they kept giving me the simple wash. I informed the worker and the manager of my issue and they apologized for it assuring me that it wouldn’t happen again. So, I went again and the same issue happened again. Again, I went and told them and got the exact same response. I decided to call the main company who promised to give me a month’s worth of car wash for free but nothing of the sort happened. I cut off my plan at Prime Shine as a result. Please be careful and be aware that Prime Shine will often give you the simple wash even if you paid for a premium one.

For my money the best you can get for $7 in Tracy. They also have a reasonable monthly rate if you want to go more frequently, comes out to less than $7 if you go once a week or more.The little wipes they give for the dash and the free use of a pretty powerful vacuum system just seem like gravy, a bonus. Great deal, and even when there is a line on the weekends it goes quickly

I like this place, especially that the vacuums are free to use. The staff is always friendly and the lines move quickly. The wash does a good job and almost always gets the car clean in one pass. My only complaint is that sometimes you are REALLY close to the car in front of you and that can be kinda stressful.

Poorly handled my situation, my car was only a few months old I went thru the car wash and pulled over to dry the car and noticed I had scratches on the top of my hood I instantly went over and filed a damage report. They took pictures and advise me the manager would call me, I received a call asking me to come so he can see the car in person. I went down there 3 times and he was never there finally meet up with him he took some more pictures and advise I would hear from claim person a month later still waiting. I finally called to cancel my monthly fee and when asked why I explained, within 48 hours or so a guy called me. He stated he didnt think the wash could have done that unless someone came off another car but to get an estimate to fix first one I got was $800 then I got another one for $586 I sent to the car wash and they said oh well we will pay $250 and sent me a check. This is not right why Im I having to pay the extra money also rent a car for it to get fixed. Will not go to this wash and beware if your car is damaged they will not want to fix it
