My car was broken into and had thousands of dollars worth of items stolen while stored at their facility. Owners dont care but feigned sympathy, and basically said sorry but that sucks.I came back to town to find my cars cover completely gone, and the doors ajar. They obviously dont even have anyone walk their yard to not have noticed a missing car cover and open car doors. And if they did notice, I was never notified. For all I know my stuff has been gone for a year.Family photos from the past 40 years, keepsakes and gifts from loved ones that are no longer with us, military award medals, and just about everything else I owned - all gone.Thats why youre supposed to have insurance. Apparently they have a known problem of homeless people breaking in and taking things from their storage spaces and didnt feel it was pertinent to mention to customers storing their property there.I did have insurance, unfortunately, most garaged policies that insurances offer dont cover theft of property stored inside the vehicle.It really sucks having to write this review, because the owners have always been kind helpful. The people are not the problem here, but the blatant disregard for the security of the items they store on their property is appalling.Take your stuff somewhere that has security.
